Bluebird Care has been an enjoyable experience. My mother feels she has new friends who are all very caring and attentive,
Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback and for giving us a 5-star review. This means a lot to all of us.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you think of our service. We really appreciate your feedback.
Reliable, friendly, competent staff. Regular care plan reviews and any changes made immediately, which is always reassuring. Bluebird Care understands Mums and family needs and always happy to discuss any concerns and proactively act to support care needs. Office staff always available to contact and are always friendly and professional, and whilst always maintaining discretion in all areas of contact, whether that be face to face or on the phone.
Many thanks for completing your review of our service and of the whole team. They will be delighted to read your comments which are greatly appreciated by all of us.
The care and support we received for Nan and as a family unit is incredible, and I cannot thank the care staff and management tea enough for all of their hard work and support always.
It’s really heartwarming to read your comments. We are very proud of everyone in the team, carers and office staff alike. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what your experience of our service has been.
The Bluebird team have been wonderful in providing the care and support Mum and Dad need. They see the same carers week in week out and have been able to build a trusting relationship with them. Mum and Dad want to live out their lives in the place they have called home for the past two decades and are confident they should be able to with support of Bluebird team.
Thank you for taking the time to give us this wonderful feedback. The whole team works very hard to achieve the highest standards of care and support and in doing so builds up that essential trusting relationship. It is very welcome and much appreciated to receive your views on how we are performing.
I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in January 2020. I live alone and engaged Bluebird to help me. The nurses who came were all very helpful as the steroids I was given impacted my health as I was unable to cope by myself. I had a setback in the spring of 2021 and applied to Bluebird again. They have come to me twice a week for a bath. I also have arthritis.
The Bluebird carers are excellent one and all. Always in uniform and complete with whatever is required in these difficult times of covid. Mostly spot on time wet or dry, always pleasant and ready to do whatever is necessary and more, yes nothing is too much for them in the time that they have been coming to our house. My partner has always been treated with respect and she is very happy with the service she gets.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. It is very much appreciated.
They were all friendly and very supportive, particularly in the early days when my anxiety levels were high.
I appreciated that they were always happy to listen and have a chat when they arrived.
Thank you for reviewing our service. We appreciate all of your comments.
My mum is 96 years old and has been receiving care for a few months. She finds the carers very helpful and enjoys chatting to them while they do the tasks we've asked them to perform.
Thank you for your review. It is very helpful for us to have your feedback so that we can continue to provide a high-quality service.
My mother's condition deteriorated rapidly and she became confined to bed. She now needed two carers instead of one and we were impressed that Bluebird responded immediately in time for the next call. The carers are always dressed appropriately and are always very kind, caring and courteous. My mother gets very fearful when she's moved and the carers gently explain what is happening in order to reassure her. We are very pleased with the care given and impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the carers.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our services. Our team very much appreciate your comments.
Carer was very professional, cheerful and respectful, very helpful, clean and tidy. Leaving areas clean and tidy. Willing to help not only my husband but me as well.
The standard of help we received as a family was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and a comfort to us all. When my husband was able to speak, he said he was getting the best, which were comforting words to us. The nurses were so cheerful and friendly and always had a smile on their face. They made sure all our needs were fulfilled - a huge thank you to all.
Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are so glad that we were able to help and give you the support you needed.
Everyone is very helpful and caring, treating me like everyone else.
Thank you for the 5 star review. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know that we are exceeding your expectations.
It became necessary for me to have an operation on my right hand on 16th September 2020. It was also necessary to have help to wash and dress me as I live alone. It was arranged with Bluebird that helps with care morning and evening. The helpers were good and professional and the visited a success.
Very good service and the carers are very kind and efficient.
My dad has been treated very well by Bluebird. The carers are lovely and work hard.
Since using this service I fine my life has improved. I have a good rapport with all the carers and find they help me and make me feel happy when they come. Thye all have a good attitude and know when I'm not feeling happy but they soon cure that and make me laugh and feel comfortable.
As a family, we are so happy with all of the staff who have supported us. It is the first time member of our family has been cared for at home. My mum is very happy with the staff and looks forward to their visits as though they are family. Thank you
All the carers my mother has had have been polite, friendly and thorough in their care of her.
We have not used the service for long and have 2 one hour visits a week at the moment. I am happy with the standard of care and its reliability. Mum is happy with her visits and I like how it is usually the same person. I feel secure knowing that in the future we will need to increase the care.
