1 Oak provided both palliative care and dementia care for my parents. The efficiency of putting this in place at short notice was remarkable. All the carers showed enormous support and kindness and went above and beyond to ensure that personal care was always given with dignity. The house was always spotless and washing up to date. The communication was exemplary. 1 Oak provided trips out in the car for mother as a change of scene and was always happy to take her into the garden. My mother wanted to take 1 Oak ladies into her care home with her!
Thank you for the lovely review. It was an absolute honour to support your parents. Wishing your mother a happy, fun adventure in the care home.
I am finding the carers excellent in every way. They are kind, supportive and caring to my dad, who is terminally ill. I have no faults with them at all.
My mother-in-law has been receiving care from a month or so, so far 1 Oak Home Care proved to be effient in what they have to do. We don't hear any negative feedback from our mother-in-law, she is now looking forward to the carers coming in the evening. All the carers seem to be nice and caring.
It is an absolute pleasure to support your mother-in-law. She is a wonderful lady.
I have used 1 Oak Home Care for the last four years since my mother came to live with me as she needed 24-hour care. I would not be able to manage without the expert help all the girls from 1 Oak give me and my mum. They all offer exceptional care and concern towards my mum as she is now bedbound and has dementia, and is also very deaf. Without their first-class care, she wouldn't still be with us. I am very grateful to all the staff from 1 Oak for all their kindness and excellent work.
My wife has several medical conditions which make it necessary for her to have carers who are both efficient and kind. She has been very fortunate in finding both of these two important qualities in the area in her 1 Oak Home Carers. My wife has been under their care for 3 years since 1 Oak started in 2017 and she has always been very satisfied with them in fact she considers them to be friends.
I have been using this care for over a year, have never been let down and have found the care provided excellent.
We have found the company reliable. They have clear standards and rules provide a good range of services and support in the home. The carers treat mum with dignity and respect and she seems to interact with them as friends.
Thanks for the review Michael. It's an absolute pleasure supporting your mum.
The care provided is exceptional, providing personal hygiene care, helping with daily exercises. Daily activities geared around stimulating the brain of my mother who now has Alzheimer's. The care is of the best we have had to date.
Mother is extremely comfortable with the carers and we as a family feel that mother's best interests are of their utmost importance. Father's well being is also taken into consideration and issues are discussed with family on a regular basis.
Thanks for the feedback. We are all really happy to have the priviledge of keeping your Mother safer and happier at home with your Father.
Always lovely to see such a happy, friendly, smiling face in the morning. My carer respects my dignity at all times whilst still doing a professional job of caring.
Thank you so much for your lovely words Freda. It is a pleasure to visit you.
