They neglected me severely. I begged them to call me an ambulance, they did not call an ambulance. I ended up calling an ambulance and I was taken to hospital, good job I did because I had a blocked bowel.

On investigation of your comments, it has been shown that all appropriate action was taken by the service at the time you initially raised this concern. This was fully investigated by the local authority and ourselves and the complaint was not upheld....

This was fully investigated by the local authority and ourselves and the complaint was not upheld. As a service, we seek regular feedback from our service users to ensure an effective, safe and positive service is provided.
