I have been fortunate to have been cared for by Elizabeth Rose since September 2020 and been very happy and satisfied with the care and treatment. The staff are fantastic and will do anything I ask of them with pleasure. I can recommend this company to anyone requiring kind and caring treatment.

This fantastic company have provided superb professional, caring and personal service to our dad. All the staff are genuinely interested in their clients and go the extra mile. Staff are well trained, have an amazing attitude to their clients and have made us as a family feel part of their family. We feel so fortunate to have been recommended them as a company; it has enabled Dad to live independently in his home for two years - an achievement at 90!

Elizabeth Rose Care Ltd (My Homecare) has provided support for my brother for several years now. His care team are very friendly and courteous. Over time the staff have built up a good working relationship with him. My brother's wishes and needs are fully considered and any issues that he has are promptly dealt with. The service provided by both care team and management continues to be first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone requiring care/support.

Once again, I have to score Elizabeth Rose Care excellent in all categories. Whilst my father's health has continued to deteriorate, the level of care delivered by Elizabeth Rose Care has just for better and better. It is so reassuring to know my father is being so well looked after, thus providing me with immense peace of mind, and othing is ever too much trouble for them. I don't recall ever awarding any organisation of business a continuous ten out of ten, but with Elizabeth Rose Care, it's very easy for me to do so.

We were very cautious about relinquishing some of our father's care to strangers, having not had the best experience of care companies in the past but we are touched, amazed, and extremely relieved at the level of care he is receiving now. The staff go above and beyond anything we could expect them to do and we know that our father is in very safe, caring, and obviously well-trained hands. We can't thank you enough for our peace of mind.

My mother-in-law was treated with respect and dignity. She was extremely well cared for and she really liked the company of the care staff who came to know her very well. We were kept informed with any concerns/issues. The flexibility of the service is amazing meaning staff were on hand for extended visits/facilitating appointments.

My father has the carers once a day every day to administer his ointments and prepare him for bed. They also provide a valuable role in chatting and discussing all sorts of topics with him during their hourly visit. My father looks forward to their evening visit and enjoys the company of the two carers which he sees. The carers also keep us updated on how my father is, as at 95 years old and still living at home, life is a challenge. During Covid, they took him for his injections so that he was covered as a vulnerable person. They waited with him and made sure he was OK. As a family, we can highly recommend the service that Elizabeth Rose offers to their clients.

My husband was looked after by Elizabeth Rose Care for approximately 5 years. They were more than carers, they cared. They were like extended family. My husband was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. His greatest wish was to stay at home. With the care and support of Elizabeth Rose Care, we were able to keep him at home until the end. The care provided was outstanding, they enabled him to keep his independence. He couldn't have received better care anywhere.
