I'm very happy with the service I get from my care worker.
She helps me to get ready for my day. Help with my showers and the washing. She assists me with my breakfast and we always have a good chat and we get on well.
Elizabeth Rose has really helped me to feel at ease with the care I now need.

The care arrangements for my father were set up at very short notice when he came out of hosptial and everyone went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I consider we were incredibly lucky to have this care firm recommended to us, as they are head and shoulders above all the other firms I have
known or heard about. All the staff are exceptional, they are genuinely caring, considerate, kind, helpful, cheerful and obviously, love their job. Nothing is too much trouble. They always listen and treat my father with respect.

A small group of carers have been providing excellent personal care for my aunt since April following a short period in hospital.
My aunt was previously an independent lady but now readily accepts that she needs the support, through her 4 visits per day to remain living at home.
All the carers are
professional, kind, loving and cheerful. My aunt is very happy with all aspects of her care. The management team are caring, helpful and their advice has been invaluable in achieving a positive outcome.

I would like to say that I would highly recommend My Homecare and already have done. I like that everyone is very good at communicating, nothing is a problem and nothing is too much. I trust this company completely with my husband and in my home.
We love all the team to bits, they have spread so much
happiness to our lives, they are like an extended family now, so happy.

They are punctual, reliable, contactable. Extremely better than my previous company. They send support workers that listen and have time for you, they communicate with my advocate (sister) on a regular basis.
