Thank you very much for your lovely review and kind words. Your mum is a pleasure to look after and we are pleased you are happy with the services she is receiving!
The cares are kind, caring attentive. Always polite and pleasant and fulfil her needs.
Thank you for your kind words and lovely review, your mum is a lovely lady and we are so pleased you both find that the carers are so kind and pleasant.
All the care staff are great. They are very understanding of my dad's needs. My dad needs a lot of help and the care team always goes above and beyond. All office staff, team leaders and care co-ordinators are friendly and go above and beyond. The communication between carers and myself is brilliant.
Thank you for your lovely review! We know communication is crucial in ensuring the best possible care for our clients and are pleased to know we are considered so highly. Thank you again!
The carers are very friendly and helpful. They have made my life easier enabling me to remain in my own home with support.

Thank you for choosing EDS Homecare and as always, if there is anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for taking the time to submit this review.
The care provided to my parents enabled them to live this final stage of their life journey on their own terms and provided me with assurance and peace of mind.
I am very grateful for the level of care provided and for the caring approach and skills of the carers. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your kind words about EDS. Your parents were a pleasure to look after over the years, and we are so grateful that we could be a part of their journey and help them keep to their wishes. We are proud of our hardworking carers for enabling your parents to live on their terms...
We value the care that my father receives from your company.
Thank you for your kind statement and review. Additionally, following our regular satisfaction check with you and your family as per our Quality Assurance, thank you for your lovely comments; we are so pleased to know your father has such a good relationship with our hard working carers, and that the care your father receives from us is valued.
I had EDS Homecare after my back operation for myself and my husband who has dementia. All the carers were very personable, capable and open to providing what I needed. Help was provided in the garden, housework, companionship, shopping etc and my husband particularly enjoyed going for a walk in the village with most of the carers. Thank you, EDS.
We are delighted we were able to provide you this support when you needed it, on a short-term basis. We were pleased we were able to accommodate the specific times and durations requested and those enabled you and your husband to get the very most out of EDS Homecare and your tailored service. We...
We are very satisfied with the service. The carers are very friendly and ask every morning if we are okay. When they leave everything is clean and tidy and the bed is made. Thank you.

All your carer assistants are a joy to work with. They all remember my name when they come in to see me. Always a smile on their faces. Very sociable. Nothing is too much trouble. Always ask me if I am comfortable. A very professional team which is a credit to EDS Homecare.

I have been very pleased and satisfied with the carers very friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your kind words, we are very proud of our staff for showing our friendliness and caring nature out in the field.
Your help and respect was everything I could have wished for. The lads and lasses helped me, as much as my husband. It made their help mean more to me than they could realise. The office staff were great too - keeping in touch to make sure everything was OK and if I needed anything more. I would recommend EDS to anyone who needs help and assurance.
Thank you very much for this kind review. Both you and your husband are lovely people and we are incredibly pleased that the EDS team could have such a positive impact on your lives. Thank you again!
Mum loves the visits now!
Thank you for your lovely review. It is amazing to hear that your mum enjoys the visits now, and that our tailored, person-centred approach is able to support her so well while maintaining her independence. Once again, thank you for your kind words!
Worth their weight in gold.
Thank you very much for your lovely comment, you are a pleasure to visit and we are so pleased you think so highly of our care staff!
I am highly satisfied with all aspects of the support given.
Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate the positive feedback and are happy to hear you think so highly of our services!
Both my godmother and myself are very satisfied with the overall service provided. They all treat her with dignity/respect and kindness. I'm very grateful for the care provided when she has been taken ill and for keeping me in the loop at the same time. My dealings with the office are professional and courteous. The only niggle would be the lack of continuity with carers, as they seem to change around quite a bit, but I do appreciate that scheduling must be very difficult at times. As for value for money, it's a bit difficult to rate as I have nothing to compare it to.
Thank you for your lovely review. Your godmother is a wonderful lady and a pleasure to visit, and we are very happy to know she feels respected and dignified. Staffing 4 daily calls in a far-out area can be difficult at times, although we always try our best to ensure she has her regular carers as much as possible. Thank you again!
The eight I have met so far have all been happy smiling people friendly and at the same time efficient, well trained. It is a pleasure to welcome them into my home.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! You are a pleasure to visit and we're so pleased to hear our lovely care staff have been so positive and kind.
The carers look after me and they do a good job.
Thank you for this lovely feedback, you are a pleasure to visit for our carers and we are so pleased you feel they look after you well!
On the whole, I am very happy with my carers. Naturally, they all differ and I warm towards some more than others. I just wish there was more continuity as I get used to so many carers and then they disappear to someone else. They do as I ask and I appreciate their friendship and care very much. Thank you.
It is so lovely to hear that you value the carer's friendship, as well as their practical professional support. Friendship and personal connection are such a valuable aspect of everyone's day to day; it is really lovely to hear you receive that from the carers. We do ensure we keep continuity with...
My sister and I are both happy with the service that the carers provide for mum. I know that she likes one particular lady and likes to chat with her. It's good to know that the care you provide to mum can be increased when we need it to be, and you are always flexible, really approachable, friendly and professional and it's good to know we can speak to you easily if there are any issues or questions. It's also good to access the portal to see that mum has had her care and who the carers were.
Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. Our care services are flexible and can always be amended when additional help is needed.
Overall I am reasonably satisfied some of the care people are much better than others. I would just like to add regarding the scheduling of the carers they are continually being swished about from day to day.
Thank you for your review. Emergency cover and staff sickness can make it difficult to ensure the same carer attends each visit 7 days a week, but we do try to keep this to the same 3-4 staff members weekly. This is definitely something that can be ironed out with communication to us, and we would be more than happy to have a look at this when brought up. Thank you again!
