I am very happy with the care provided, one carer in particular. Also, the other carer is good too. I appreciate that it takes a while to get used to what my needs are! I also like the way the other carers work. Overall things work well for me.

All the care staff are great. They are very understanding of my dad's needs. My dad needs a lot of help and the care team always goes above and beyond. All office staff, team leaders and care co-ordinators are friendly and go above and beyond. The communication between carers and myself is brilliant.

I had EDS Homecare after my back operation for myself and my husband who has dementia. All the carers were very personable, capable and open to providing what I needed. Help was provided in the garden, housework, companionship, shopping etc and my husband particularly enjoyed going for a walk in the village with most of the carers. Thank you, EDS.

We are very satisfied with the service. The carers are very friendly and ask every morning if we are okay. When they leave everything is clean and tidy and the bed is made. Thank you.

Both my godmother and myself are very satisfied with the overall service provided. They all treat her with dignity/respect and kindness. I'm very grateful for the care provided when she has been taken ill and for keeping me in the loop at the same time. My dealings with the office are professional and courteous. The only niggle would be the lack of continuity with carers, as they seem to change around quite a bit, but I do appreciate that scheduling must be very difficult at times. As for value for money, it's a bit difficult to rate as I have nothing to compare it to.

The eight I have met so far have all been happy smiling people friendly and at the same time efficient, well trained. It is a pleasure to welcome them into my home.

On the whole, I am very happy with my carers. Naturally, they all differ and I warm towards some more than others. I just wish there was more continuity as I get used to so many carers and then they disappear to someone else. They do as I ask and I appreciate their friendship and care very much. Thank you.

My sister and I are both happy with the service that the carers provide for mum. I know that she likes one particular lady and likes to chat with her. It's good to know that the care you provide to mum can be increased when we need it to be, and you are always flexible, really approachable, friendly and professional and it's good to know we can speak to you easily if there are any issues or questions. It's also good to access the portal to see that mum has had her care and who the carers were.
