The care manager deserves credit for an excellent and professional team. They provided high standards of care for my mother who had dementia. They were compassionate and understood how to approach her on a daily basis. They developed a friendship with her and she became more relaxed and went on short trips with them, which meant a lot to her. Communication was very good as we were contacted if there were any issues. We could continue with more praise for the team but the simple truth is the care towards my mother has been outstanding and we would definitely recommend Vale Care Ltd.

I cannot possibly find any fault with the level of care my mum receives from her kind, caring and conscientious care provider. Each and every one of them gives my mum the same care and respect on a daily basis, truly wonderful people. The care manager should also be reminded of how amazing she is! Nothing is too much trouble and she has gone above and beyond to help my mum with the local authorities so that she can gain her independence. I can’t recommend this care provider highly enough, they are all wonderful people.

The company as a whole are very flexible and easy to communicate with.

I was never informed that the company no longer wanted to attend my care needs and they just pulled care on me and left me very upset with no capability to find another agency.
