Golden Services have provided excellent care for my elderly and disabled father. The carer is extremely hard working, efficient and compassionate. She also has a great sense of fun and can get my dad into a positive frame of mind each morning. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the care given - and so is my father.
I am very happy with the service I receive from Golden Services Care Ltd and have been pleased with their care over the past few years. They are pleasant, efficient and helpful. The care my husband receives from Golden Services Care Ltd is excellent. He is treated as an individual person, with great dignity. His carer understands his disability and needs and provides the exact care he requires with calm efficiency. Although Golden Services Care Ltd have only been looking after him for the past six months he has made really good progress.
With his previous care company he was very quiet and withdrawn but he has now been helped greatly by the fact that his carer has time to listen and chat with him. It has also helped that he has one main carer on a permanent basis whom he has got to know well and trust rather than him not knowing who will be turning up on a daily basis. I know I can safely go out to work in the knowledge that he is being well cared for.
