The staff were very friendly and professional. It was an extremely difficult time for all of the family but they made us all feel relaxed and comfortable with them, visiting our dad for the last few days of his life. This job is extremely hard, especially in these times, all the staff should be very
proud of themselves. Keep up the good work.

I've had 121 Care agency attending my needs for over six years and I could not fault any aspect of the care given. Nothing is any trouble to the carers. I've never had to ring the agency to complain about anything.

The care provided to my dad was second to none, the crew were friendly, respectful and extremely helpful. They were prompt but on the odd occasion they were held up we were always notified in advance. Without the support we received it would not have allowed us to do home palliative care. I cannot thank
this team enough for their support through such a difficult time. I hope they keep supporting local families long into the future.

My family and I would like to thank the management and carers at 121 Care Agency for looking after our father so very well over the past two years. Unfortunately, my father passed away peacefully on the 31st July 2019.
We found you very efficient, caring and most flexible when looking after our father.
We have no hesitation in recommending 121 Care Agency to anyone requiring the assistance of professional carers.

Times stated incorrect, meds missed, meds not picked up as per agreement, times they never turned up and we were not informed.
Time and time via phone and face to face complaints, no action taken.
The contract they were paid for via ccc was in no way fulfilled.
