Peartree 1 Ltd is a wonderful caring business providing a much-needed service, always available and flexible when needed.
The carers were so gentle and cheerful. Very aware of the patient's needs. My special thanks.
I highly recommend Peartree as a very caring personal care company.
Thank you for the review, it was a joy working with you. We cherish every moment we were together. Thank you for valuing our team.
Despite promising to telephone us prior to visiting the carer turned up late at night without prior warning. The office team then failed to call back as promised.
On each of the next two days, the carer did not arrive on time. They stayed for less than 20 minutes providing only the most basic level of care. The care assistant themselves was friendly and polite but it was clear she had neither an adequate understanding of my mother's needs (advanced, terminal cancer) and that of my elderly father nor had the adequate experience or training.
Sadly we have nothing good to say about this company. If we had any other choice we would not have used them and based on our experience to date could not recommend them either for people in our situation.
Dear Richard
It’s a shame you had already put the feedback. But we understand that it is an emotional time and are unsure how to deal with the situation as a...
My husband was on palliative care in this month. Gentle, cheerful care was given to him. Carers on time treated him with dignity and kept me going through a very distressing time. I could not have coped without them and their help getting me through. Nothing too much trouble for them.
You are greatly missed, and it was wonderful working with you.
Can't thank you enough for your support, am a lone carer (no family support). It's been hard to let go but your staff are totally understanding of my position, they are compassionate, caring and doing a fantastic job. They've given me the confidence to trust carers (in eighteen years had lots of times when I was reluctant to have carers in). Your team really are great. Will definitely promote your services when all this is over. Thank you so much, once again.
Carers are lovely and get on well with Mum. They are punctual, polite and go over and beyond their call of duty, e.g. cooking food from scratch and not just using the microwave. They all have a good rapport with Mum and she looks forward to their visits. They are prepared to do extra jobs if required, e.g. washing clothes and hanging on the airer or picking up medication from the pharmacy. I would recommend Peartree 1 to anyone looking for care.
My wife has been cared for by Peartree 1 for over 3 years. We have been very pleased with the service, especially when regular carers are allocated. Some are more like friends and help to brighten my wife's day. They are also very diligent and report any potential issues with sores etc immediately to me.
Thank you for choosing Peartree1 and we are happy to be of service to you. We love working with you. We are delighted that you continue to be happy with the service we are providing.
