We are so glad that our parents lived within Alpha Care's catchment area. They have been brilliant! In the 15 months they helped our father before he went into residential care, we found them to be flexible, willing to go more than the extra mile, and lovely to deal with. They became friends to all the family: it's clearly more than a job for each and every one of them. They were very professional, and kept us informed of any concerns or suggestions they had, while also keeping an eye on our mother too. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that both parents were being checked on every day, and that they were being treated with respect and dignity - and good humour! We would recommend the manager and her team to anyone looking for compassionate and high quality care.
