What a company and what a team, there are no words to express how valuable they have been to us over the past year and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wright Care at Home provided an excellent service in the care of my uncle and his partner over a period of several years. Their staff are genuinely caring, reliable and professional. The care managers were always accessible and communication was smooth and constructive. I can highly recommend their services and would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all the carers, office staff and management involved.

I required 24hr care for my aunt (in her 80's) and uncle (in his late 90's) I knew it would not be an easy task as both of my relations had been very independent and strong-willed characters! My aunt was incapacitated and needed to be hoisted between her bed, chair and bathroom, my uncle was more mobile but needed help with certain tasks and needed emotional and respectful care, I did not want him to feel undermined in any way. The level of care has been absolutely outstanding, the carers attentively listened to the requirements at our initial meeting and never failed to deliver, if at any point I had a query or suggestion it was handled promptly and efficiently. Wright care liaised with doctors, physiotherapists, chemists etc which was a great help for me. The care ladies were absolutely first class, too many to name personally but each one fitted into the household perfectly and was able to adapt to daily changing situations. I am happy to talk directly to any potential clients.

The carers who came to look after my husband for an hour during several weekends were gentle, effective and sensitive to his needs. The management staff were efficient and helpful. I would recommend Wright Care at Home to anyone.

We are both very pleased with the service we have received in these past few months. The staff we have had are well trained and professional. They are meeting our needs in a caring and friendly way. Management paperwork is sometimes confusing and we would appreciate being informed if an additional carer is also coming to our home in a shadowing role.

My husband found your carers reliable and very caring and as he is not an easygoing person, he got on very well with them in the short time that they attended to him. We were very sorry that we had to finish with your services, but under the circumstances, I was no longer able to cope with him at home even with your carers' help. They were always pleasant and even made him laugh.

You have provided consistently reliable attendance and help to my sister throughout the years that she has been benefitting from your services. Your staff have treated her cheerfully and sociably and always with respect (although she is sometimes a difficult customer!). Your precautions throughout the Covid crisis were impressive and effective and for several months of lockdown, your staff were her only social contact. She did have some gripes with the office staff, but I think that was mostly to do with her difficulty in hearing and communicating.

Mum is home now and I am safe in the knowledge that every day, caring people are looking after her.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received. All the staff were lovely and so willing to do anything I asked of them. It has left me feeling very relaxed about the future as I would not have to leave my home and could be looked after here.

Wright Care at Home provided an excellent service in every respect. The carers were professional, kind, caring and understanding of all my mother’s needs. They provided companionship as well as providing physical support for household tasks. Towards the end of my mother’s life, they provided more personal support in difficult emotional circumstances and maintained high standards of care throughout. The office staff were efficient, friendly and incredibly supportive too. The administration was efficient and communication excellent at all times.

Wright Care at Home has been really fantastic over the 18 months my mother has been using them. All of the carers have been kind and efficient, doing everything my mother asked of them from taking her for walks around the village, to helping with hospital appointments and even sorting out her computer! I have got to know several of the team from a distance (I live in Edinburgh) and I have been really impressed by what warm and genuinely caring people they are. My mother particularly appreciated their visits during the lockdown periods when she would otherwise have felt quite isolated. My mother now needs a live-in carer and sadly this is not something Wright Care routinely offers. We are very sad to be moving on and would highly recommend Wright Care.

I am so so grateful and thankful to everyone at Wright Care at Home. They stepped in last minute when my father was very ill and helped him and myself enormously. All the carers and staff were so caring, professional and kind. Each member of the team went out of their way to help my family - I honestly wouldn’t have known what to do without them. I can’t recommend them enough.

Wrightcare has provided a reliable and consistent service for Mum. Their support has undoubtedly helped her get through the impact of the last 12 months, providing both care and a listening ear. The carers are fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure Mum's needs are met.

Wright Care at Home look after my aunty, in her home, with 24-hour care. She has benefitted hugely from the extra help each member of the team gives her. They have really taken the time to get to know her, her medication and what routine suits her best. They have her best interests at the heart of all they do and the change in my aunty is clear to see. Thank you to the team. You don't know how much it means to me and other families out there. The carers are very good and give a high standard of care. However, the sudden change in carers can be unsettling and is not good for those with mental health problems.
