How to Arrange Care with SAP Care
To make an enquiry, the first step is to speak with a member of the team. You can do this by calling. As every individual’s situation is unique, an initial brief telephone conversation is conducted to gather basic details. Following this, SAP Care offers a free, no-obligation home visit to assess the person’s needs in person.

The Care Assessment Covers:
- Personal Care – Assistance with hygiene, medication, and social activity.
- Mental Well-being – Support for memory, communication, and emotional well-being.
- Physical Function – Help with mobility, movement around the home, and daily tasks.

Once SAP Care is chosen as the provider, a bespoke care plan is created with the full involvement and consent of the person receiving care. Care plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needs and circumstances change.

Our care visits start from 30 mins. We charge different rates according to the length of the visit and the times required. Weekend rates are different to weekday rates. Bank Holidays are charged at time and a half with Christmas Day and New Year's Day charged at double. Our assessments are free of charge.

My husband has received excellent care for 18 months from SAP. The service included morning and evening calls and, more recently, lunchtime calls to assist with going to the toilet. We have found all the staff to be punctual (especially impressed in the last few months with lunch calls). Caring, polite
and genuinely interested in his needs.

We discovered SAP Care after my 90-year-old mother fell and broke both her femurs and was unable to stand or walk again. Once engaged, they stepped in very swiftly, assessing and acting on her needs. They quickly worked out which of their carers was the best match for my mother, who now counts them
as friends. They are always cheerful, lighting up my mother’s day during their visits, and are very respectful of her dignity. They work quickly and efficiently. They also go above and beyond what we pay them for - providing extra visits when my mother is unwell or supplying emergency incontinence pads, etc if we’ve run out. They are also very responsive to any updates provided by me on my mother's care, quickly uploading new instructions to the group chat the carers have on their phones. They also use their experience with other clients to give me advice when needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent service has been provided to my mother over the past months by a dedicated and professional group of carers. The support provided has been at the highest of standards and given in a way that my mother has felt totally at ease at all times. I cannot praise the staff, as well as the excellent
management, highly enough. They have certainly taken away any worries or concerns I may have had about having to go down the carer route for my mother. I live over 50 miles away from Mum, and I have always had excellent communication with the SAP manager when it has come to any worries or concerns her staff have had and fed back about Mum. I would see the whole experience of "working" with SAP as superb. They are exactly what they say they are on the packaging, and they would come highly recommended by me.

The carers are all very polite and courteous to my wife, and nothing is too much trouble - time-keeping is excellent. They also take time to sit and chat with my wife, which is part of caring, I think. Great job - keep up the good work.

We chose SAP after a recommendation from one of the nurses at the hospital after our 98-year-old mother underwent a hip replacement following a fall at home.
She had lived independently prior to her hospital admission, and was reluctant to accept help after being discharged.
Her fears were unfounded
as the manager and her team quickly became more an extended family than professional carers.
Nothing was too much trouble, and she was made to feel that she was their only client that day.
If you’re reading this review because you find yourself in a similar situation, you couldn’t put your loved one in better hands.

My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer in early December and SAP Care were selected to provide the care service for him. They were superb, not only providing the required care but also the emotional support for what was a very difficult time for the whole family. They knew exactly when to increase
care levels and then call in doctors, district nurses and the hospice as my father's health rapidly declined. We would have struggled to cope without them.

Needing care at short notice after our aunt moved out of a care home the management set things up quickly whilst liaising with West Sussex NHS who funded the care. All of the team who attended three times a day were really friendly and helpful. They showed lovely attention to our aunt's needs and spent
time reassuring her as she was very aware despite her 97 year age. We recommend SAP Care Services to anyone.

The team of carers caring for my father were exceptional. They were such advocates for both my mother and father, letting me know when they were concerned and contacting other health professionals when necessary. The carers are so friendly and caring for my son. It is not like this in Italy where there are no services like this. We have such a lovely carer. My son has his dignity and respect from her and I have peace of mind that my son is well looked after.

SAP Care was the best recommendation we have ever had. Dad (father-in-law) , after spending a long time in hospital was used to saying 'please be gentle' to the staff but Dad didn't need to worry when it came to his home carers. To sum up how they treated Dad I will use a phrase one of the carers used
when I had thanked them for their superb care. They said 'we treat Mr ... like he was our relative and how we would like them to be treated'... no better attitude to have than that.
If the carers were ever caught in traffic they always rang Dad, as they knew he worried about them.
As Dads life's journey was ending, the care we (the family) received as well as Dad, was first class. The team went above and beyond to make sure Dad was comfortable at all times and we were supported. The carer who stayed with Dad the last week 24/7 was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Cannot rate highly enough. Would I use again? 100% definitely.

The SAP crew came to us when my husband was sent home at the end of January 2018. My daughter looked up for 'carers' and selected SAP- it was an excellent choice. Extremely helpful at all times, punctual except on rare occasions when traffic intervened. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them. I'm
sorry this has been delayed but it got lost in the amount of paper being sent. I won't have managed without them.

My dad received a wonderful care service. All the carers were genuine in their care and concern, they did as much as they could and gave good advice when needed. The carers were usually on time with the time slot allocated to my dad. They were never too late or too early, just as you would expect with
all the other patients they have. The carers are really wonderful people and good support.

I cannot praise my husband’s team of SAP carers highly enough. Not only did they treat him with dignity, respect and compassion, they also showed immense sensitivity to the situation I was in and showed me unwavering support and empathy. They came exactly when they said they would and were always cheerful
and friendly. The fact that I could trust them really took the pressure off me; allowing me to care for my children and spend precious quality time with me husband in the last weeks of his life. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say I couldn’t have coped without them.
