My wife had terminal cancer. For the week that SAP assisted with her care at home, they were excellent.

My dad received a wonderful care service. All the carers were genuine in their care and concern, they did as much as they could and gave good advice when needed. The carers were usually on time with the time slot allocated to my dad. They were never too late or too early, just as you would expect with all the other patients they have. The carers are really wonderful people and good support.

I cannot praise my husband’s team of SAP carers highly enough. Not only did they treat him with dignity, respect and compassion, they also showed immense sensitivity to the situation I was in and showed me unwavering support and empathy. They came exactly when they said they would and were always cheerful and friendly. The fact that I could trust them really took the pressure off me; allowing me to care for my children and spend precious quality time with me husband in the last weeks of his life. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say I couldn’t have coped without them.

SAP Care Services Ltd is a very caring and considerate care agency. My father has dementia and can be quite difficult to be around. They have been professional and understanding, plus very hard working since taking my dad on.

For six months SAP Care Services Ltd provided exemplary care for my father after his stroke. Every one of the carers was individually caring, quietly attending to all his needs. He enjoyed that company and they played a crucial part in bringing him back to health. They showed great patience with his many demands and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were always on time and kept helpful informative notes. The carers were easy to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I have been using SAP Care Services for the last four months to provide care for my husband. I am extremely satisfied with them, they look after my husband very well. All their carers are very friendly, efficient and patient. My husband really does appreciate them.

Have been using SAP Care Services for a few weeks to care for my husband. I find them particularly good at communicating with my husband, playing board games and keeping him motivated. They also always ask how I am as a carer. Having them come in to help is giving me my life back.

Mum came out of hospital in February needing more help than when she went in. SAP Care were able to provide two carers four times a day for personal care, turning, giving medication and nutrition. As time went on SAP Care provided someone for a "sitting service" while the rest of the family went to Church each Sunday. My husband and I took a much-needed break and SAP Care found an excellent carer to live-in caring for both my parents, cooking meals, doing laundry etc. When it became evident that mum's life was coming to an end, SAP Care were able to look after her needs with dignity and because of the relationship we had built up with the carers they were a support to us in mum's last days. Mum passed away at home, half an hour before the carers were due. When they came, they knew what to do, washing her and getting her presentable for us. We continue to use SAP Care to look after dad occasionally and so far the carer has always been someone that we already know. It's like they are part of the family. All the staff are professional, experienced and cheerful.

Whatever task is requested of them by us, they are very willing to oblige and on many occasions have done more than above what is expected. They always make time to chat, which is just as important as the care they give.

My 99-year-old mother has a stroke in January 1017 and it soon became apparent that she could no longer live alone again. We made contact with SAP Care Services Ltd who came out to assess mum's needs. We settled on a package of morning and evening care and with SAP Care Services Ltd help we have been able to have mum live with us in our home. I thought I would find it intrusive to have carers coming in twice a day, but we soon settled into a routine. The SAP Care Services Ltd team have been brilliant not only in supporting mum and caring for her but also in supporting and caring for me. Brilliant well done SAP Care Services Ltd.
