To make an enquiry, the first step is to speak with a member of the team. You can do this by calling. As every individual’s situation is unique, an initial brief telephone conversation is conducted to gather basic details. Following this, SAP Care offers a free, no-obligation home visit to assess the person’s needs in person.

The Care Assessment Covers:
- Personal Care – Assistance with hygiene, medication, and social activity.
- Mental Well-being – Support for memory, communication, and emotional well-being.
- Physical Function – Help with mobility, movement around the home, and daily tasks.

Once SAP Care is chosen as the provider, a bespoke care plan is created with the full involvement and consent of the person receiving care. Care plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needs and circumstances change.

Our care visits start from 30 mins. We charge different rates according to the length of the visit and the times required. Weekend rates are different to weekday rates. Bank Holidays are charged at time and a half with Christmas Day and New Year's Day charged at double. Our assessments are free of charge.

For six months SAP Care Services Ltd provided exemplary care for my father after his stroke. Every one of the carers was individually caring, quietly attending to all his needs. He enjoyed that company and they played a crucial part in bringing him back to health. They showed great patience with his
many demands and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were always on time and kept helpful informative notes. The carers were easy to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Have been using SAP Care Services for a few weeks to care for my husband. I find them particularly good at communicating with my husband, playing board games and keeping him motivated. They also always ask how I am as a carer. Having them come in to help is giving me my life back.

Mum came out of hospital in February needing more help than when she went in. SAP Care were able to provide two carers four times a day for personal care, turning, giving medication and nutrition. As time went on SAP Care provided someone for a "sitting service" while the rest of the family went to
Church each Sunday. My husband and I took a much-needed break and SAP Care found an excellent carer to live-in caring for both my parents, cooking meals, doing laundry etc. When it became evident that mum's life was coming to an end, SAP Care were able to look after her needs with dignity and because of the relationship we had built up with the carers they were a support to us in mum's last days. Mum passed away at home, half an hour before the carers were due. When they came, they knew what to do, washing her and getting her presentable for us. We continue to use SAP Care to look after dad occasionally and so far the carer has always been someone that we already know. It's like they are part of the family. All the staff are professional, experienced and cheerful.

I have been using SAP Care services since November 2016. We have found every one of the carers that help to be helpful and kind whilst allowing me to keep my dignity in everything I do and they do.
Whatever task is requested of them by us, they are very willing to oblige and on many occasions have
done more than above what is expected. They always make time to chat, which is just as important as the care they give.

My 99-year-old mother has a stroke in January 1017 and it soon became apparent that she could no longer live alone again. We made contact with SAP Care Services Ltd who came out to assess mum's needs. We settled on a package of morning and evening care and with SAP Care Services Ltd help we have been
able to have mum live with us in our home. I thought I would find it intrusive to have carers coming in twice a day, but we soon settled into a routine. The SAP Care Services Ltd team have been brilliant not only in supporting mum and caring for her but also in supporting and caring for me. Brilliant well done SAP Care Services Ltd.

I have used SAP Care Services Ltd for the last 8 months to look after my 92-year-old father. The team always went the extra mile to ensure the very best care for my father and always kept the family informed about any concerns. The care team were always professional, reliable and responsive. Dad enjoyed
their company and felt very well cared for by them right up until the end. Even after his death, the manager was supportive and kind, even attending the memorial service. I would highly recommend SAP Care Services Ltd for all your care needs.
