Reigate office arranged everything immediately and did so in such a calm and reassuring manner. This was so important when you're under a great deal of stress.

The entire team of carers were friendly and highly professional. They always arrived on time, were always smiling and were happy to answer any questions or signpost us to further information when needed. Most importantly, they formed a genuine bond with our mum, which was something I hadn't expected but meant so much to us.

You were allways accommodating to our needs. There was never a time that I was not able to contact your senior staff ie. Vallerie , who would always respond to our needs. This was very reassuring as I was often overseas. and knew my Father was being well cared for. There was a few hiccups with a member of staff but this was resolved and they were never rostard to my Father again.
Sadly my Father was a grand age and once again deteriorated having end of life care.
One of the carers was with us as my Father passed away, she was amazingly supportive and caring. I cannot express how much we appreciated this or finish this without expressing out thanks to Skha his key carer and ALL staff.

5 days before he died Sap care provided night sitters which enabled me to sleep for 61/2 hours per night. Such a gift at this very sad and stressful time. Thank you.

recommend this company to anyone who needs home care. I can find no fault in the service that they provide at all. Other home care providers could certainly learn from this exceptional outstanding home care provider.

Your head has sorted out all the problems with the medication which was a major headache, constantly went to the chemist to find out what has happened to the medication that hadn't been delivered. When I wasn't cooking for my, whoever was there would make her lunch for her.
