SAP care has been a godsend regarding setting up care for my mum. The managers have guided me through this new situation of care with patience and kindness. SAP are a friendly and caring group of familiar faced carers who have taken time to get to know my mum. They listen to what she wants and needs and enable her independence in her own home.Communication is strong and I cannot imagine using anyone else. I would highly recommend SAP

Mouldy food left in fridge and place generally not clean. Most time I clean up and throw off food left uncovered in fridge. The microwave and fridge is not cleaned

I have found the carers looking after my mother to be of excellent standard and to be very kind, warm hearted, reliable and have all built lovely relationships with her. They have really made a great effort to properly get to know her and her preferences and interests. They are like family. The managers are very approachable and reassuring and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I could not imagine a better care agency for my mother and am so thankful I found them.

I do not have one bad word to say about anyone at SAP. They have provided care for my uncle for nearly a year now & they have gone above and beyond to help him/us. Upon discharge from hospital after a fall, the hospital provided their own terrible care for 72hrs. When SAP returned they immediately knew something wasn't right & literally saved his life and alerting every care team. Within a day of SAP returning, due to their genuine care, professionalism & proactive approach - he started to get better. Their communication with me as I live 2 hrs away is amazing; always keeping me in the loop with everything. Even though everyone that cares for him are great, the service provided by Marianne, Patricia and Valerie has been exceptional; Marianna even went to get my uncles dog from the person looking after him, just because she knew it would cheer him up & even checking in when she's not working. I honestly cannot thank them all enough and have recommended SAP to everyone. Thank you so much

The care team ladies were patient, kind and caring and also had a sense of humour which really put me at ease. The communication between myself and management was always passed on to my carers. As a wheelchair user, my husband is my sole carer and at the time of my care was unable to help me due to poor health himself, therefore SAPCare were needed and they certainly took away the pressure and stress that we were both under and we both highly recommend them.

From the moment that we picked up with SAP I was bowled over by their professionalism, attention to detail, proactive and immediate responsive manner and their friendly, helpful nature every touch point.

Every member of the team was so kind and very friendly. You really did feel that everyone genuinely cared.

We used this care provider when our mum required immediate care following discharge from hospital, and the team couldn't have been more helpful. They were professional, caring, efficient and informative throughout.

To illustrate this point, when 24-hour care was urgently required for a week, the Reigate office arranged everything immediately and did so in such a calm and reassuring manner. This was so important when you're under a great deal of stress.

The entire team of carers were friendly and highly professional. They always arrived on time, were always smiling and were happy to answer any questions or signpost us to further information when needed. Most importantly, they formed a genuine bond with our mum, which was something I hadn't expected but meant so much to us.

One of the carers was with us as my Father passed away, she was amazingly supportive and caring. I cannot express how much we appreciated this or finish this without expressing out thanks to Skha his key carer and ALL staff.

My husband was dying of cancer at home. I was totally exhausted. Sap care were funded by a continuing care package. They arrived just in time as I could not continue alone. They arrived and were gentle, caring and happy in their work. They spoke to my husband with respect and gave him the time he needed. 5 days before he died Sap care provided night sitters which enabled me to sleep for 61/2 hours per night. Such a gift at this very sad and stressful time. Thank you.

Fantastic care providers. Nothing is too much trouble! The quality of care is second to none. They are caring, efficient and so so kind. I highly recommend them. They definitely go above and beyond my expectations. Im so please i have them in my corner with me!

Well what can I say.. the home care provider SAP are the best care providers my mother has had. They look after my mother extremely well with her end of life care. They are respectful, friendly, kind and extremely professional. Keep me updated and answer any questions I may ask. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs home care. I can find no fault in the service that they provide at all. Other home care providers could certainly learn from this exceptional outstanding home care provider.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my father received during the last month of his life. It was a very difficult time but everyone involved with his care went above and beyond for us. Mariana , Valerie and all of their team. There are not enough words, not enough Thank you's. I have had a very good experience of all the carers who attend me. All of them were always polite and I soon got chatting and was at ease with them all. Getting my tea the the right colour was my only issue in the first few days! Overall I would recommend your company.

So pleased with the care given to my sister for nearly two years. Carers were friendly and pleasant and always came with a ready smile. If they were detained the office would ring and explain. I sometimes had to cancel a visit at short notice and office staff were always available and efficient. My sister had excellent personal care and my thanks to them at such a difficult time.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Agency and I have heard nothing but good reports from others. So well done and carry on the good work.

The carers were wonderful and treated my father with the utmost dignity and respect, they were universally kind and caring and when we had the incorrect equipment they brought all the equipment we needed and explained what we needed. They always made my father comfortable and put him at ease, going above and beyond to ensure his comfort and happiness. They were kind and caring to the rest of my family and explained every step sensitively. I could not have asked for a better set of carers
