We are now in a situation where we have a fantastic, small team of carers who are professional and understand and work well with my husband. It is an ongoing and difficult situation, and nothing is ever perfect, but I feel my husband is now receiving the best care possible in his own home - which I believe is important to him and is definitely important to me.
I also appreciate the support and sensitivity of the manager and the admin team - they are great and completely reliable.
If there were a "very good" option between "good and excellent", I would be ticking that for almost every category. We are now happy and settled with the care given by SAP.
