The care team ladies were patient, kind and caring and also had a sense of humour which really put me at ease. The communication between myself and management was always passed on to my carers. As a wheelchair user, my husband is my sole carer and at the time of my care was unable to help me due to
poor health himself, therefore SAPCare were needed and they certainly took away the pressure and stress that we were both under and we both highly recommend them.

Margaret is more than a manager she has changed my mums life around .

So pleased with the care given to my sister for nearly two years. Carers were friendly and pleasant and always came with a ready smile. If they were detained the office would ring and explain. I sometimes had to cancel a visit at short notice and office staff were always available and efficient. My
sister had excellent personal care and my thanks to them at such a difficult time.

The SAP Care Agency just appeared on the day I was expecting my husband home from Maidstone Hospital after having spent about 5 weeks there.
I was very apprehensive at first I had never had strangers coming into my house on a regular basis. I certainly didn't need to have worried. They( the carers)
were all lovely, kind, caring and always considerate!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Agency and I have heard nothing but good reports from others. So well done and carry on the good work.

Having SAP Care look after my father meant that he could stay in his own home which was incredibly important to him. The support and care he received were excellent. He had a number of live-in carers all of whom were very caring, kept him safe, clean and well fed and provided him with companionship
and reassurance when his dementia got worse.
They kept me informed and updated as necessary which meant that I could be a daughter rather than a carer and enjoy quality time with Dad.

The care my loved one recieved four times a day was always good, if there were any concerns I could call the managers and it would be looked into and dealt with in a timely manner. At times, the managers would go above and beyond with their care, thank you to you all.

I will always be thankful for the care and support given by the ladies and gents from SAP. Not only for their care of Mum but also for their consideration of my Dad and for making me feel like I wasn't alone.
From the early days, when Mum just needed a little assistance, until the end when she was
fully dependent she was always treated professionally, competently, and with kindness and a friendly smile.
SAP's reliability and understanding of her needs, and mine, enabled me to confidently go home each day knowing she would be visited and left clean, dry and comfortable and that I would be contacted should there be any concerns.

SAP's gave care to my mother-in-law for nearly two years in her flat. The service varied depending on what she needed and was adjusted with good conversation with the family. She eventually had full-time care at home until hospitalisation and subsequently passing. We could not fault SAP's in any way
and I would happily recommend them to anyone in need. Indeed I have already recommended them to a friend who I believe is now using them.

From the very beginning, SAP Care Services has been wonderful. The whole team including the carers are friendly and go out of their way to help. This was a real benefit for us as we lived so far away from our relative being cared for - we were always confident he was in safe hands. They would communicate
on a regular basis to update us and let us know if anything was needed for our relative. The care team were always happy and friendly and I know our relative looked forward to their visits. I would also say they were always proactive - collecting medication, dealing with other medical agencies etc. Overall I would thoroughly recommend them.

I cannot say how wonderful the carers are with my mum. They are happy, kind, and gentle and service all her needs with care and compassion. They are very punctual with her appointments and care for her 4 times a day. I would highly recommend them.

SAP are always very helpful, quick to reply to requests eg for extra hours, and gives excellent care for our son. They turn up on time and are always friendly no matter who comes. We like the fact they try to send the same person each time when possible.

After many years working within a care home, I have high standards regarding care. I was highly impressed with the owner, office manager, and all the carers who visited my mum. The office manager was very efficient at arranging suitable times for us, especially when we were working out what would suit
our needs. The carers were very caring, and efficient and communicated well with me and my mum who had advanced dementia. In the final three weeks when she was bedbound, the care was incredible. The carers seemed so happy with their chosen career with SAP and were fully supported by the owner and office manager. I cannot thank them all enough, with their support I could continue to care for Mum until she passed away at home.

I am so grateful for the care and professionalism I received from all the carers who looked after my husband in the months prior to his death in August 2023. I found the deterioration in his health overwhelming, but with the dedication he received from everyone he was able to be cared for at home until
the day he died. The managers and staff were always there for me, even over and above their contractual duties when emergency situations arose. I never would have been able to look after him in they way they did! The respect they gave my husband at all times was wonderful and they were so gentle in attending to his comfort. I cannot thank them all enough - they deserve my immense gratitude! God Bless!

It has taken a long time to settle into having full-time care at home for my husband. It must be common in these situations that there is so much sadness and stress that it takes a while to work out how best to manage the care and which carers are happy and suited to the work - and fit in with the home.
We are now in a situation where we have a fantastic, small team of carers who are professional and understand and work well with my husband. It is an ongoing and difficult situation, and nothing is ever perfect, but I feel my husband is now receiving the best care possible in his own home - which I believe is important to him and is definitely important to me.
I also appreciate the support and sensitivity of the manager and the admin team - they are great and completely reliable.
If there were a "very good" option between "good and excellent", I would be ticking that for almost every category. We are now happy and settled with the care given by SAP.

SAP Care Services looked after my father for the last month of his life and were absolutely amazing. They were caring and compassionate at all times, respectful, thorough and tidy. They were all brilliant but special thanks to one staff member in particular who went over and above.
