Overall Experience

My husband was dying of cancer at home. I was totally exhausted. Sap care were funded by a continuing care package. They arrived just in time as I could not continue alone. They arrived and were gentle, caring and happy in their work. They spoke to my husband with respect and gave him the time he needed.

5 days before he died Sap care provided night sitters which enabled me to sleep for 61/2 hours per night. Such a gift at this very sad and stressful time. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Fantastic care providers. Nothing is too much trouble! The quality of care is second to none. They are caring, efficient and so so kind. I highly recommend them. They definitely go above and beyond my expectations. Im so please i have them in my corner with me!

Overall Experience

Well what can I say.. the home care provider SAP are the best care providers my mother has had. They look after my mother extremely well with her end of life care. They are respectful, friendly, kind and extremely professional. Keep me updated and answer any questions I may ask. I would most definitely

recommend this company to anyone who needs home care. I can find no fault in the service that they provide at all. Other home care providers could certainly learn from this exceptional outstanding home care provider.

Overall Experience

The carers that are dealing with mother have and are very caring and thoughful when dealing with my mother. Tough job and they do it with a smile
And they keep me up dated at all times.
They keep mum flat clean and tidy and when mums having a tough time they sit with her.

Overall Experience

I have had a very good experience of all the carers who attend me. All of them were always polite and I soon got chatting and was at ease with them all. Getting my tea the the right colour was my only issue in the first few days! Overall I would recommend your company.

Overall Experience

The carers were wonderful and treated my father with the utmost dignity and respect, they were universally kind and caring and when we had the incorrect equipment they brought all the equipment we needed and explained what we needed. They always made my father comfortable and put him at ease, going

above and beyond to ensure his comfort and happiness. They were kind and caring to the rest of my family and explained every step sensitively. I could not have asked for a better set of carers

Overall Experience

The care team were fabulous, they were always on time and took the effort to talk to mum and dad. Valerie was excellent at keeping me updated with any changes or if a carer was delayed for any reason. Could not fault the service or care.

Overall Experience

All your young ladies really looked after my friend they were caring very gentle and very helpful. They looked after her for approximately seven or eight months starting with twice a day then progressing into three times a day eventually a full-time carer, plus the other girls coming in during the day.

Your head has sorted out all the problems with the medication which was a major headache, constantly went to the chemist to find out what has happened to the medication that hadn't been delivered. When I wasn't cooking for my, whoever was there would make her lunch for her.

Overall Experience

Back in October 2024 when the care was first provided we did not know a lot about care services and were very apprehensive about it. The Care Manger came and talked through everything and gave us the reassurance we needed, that worked out ok. Mum has had the carers for four month now and I have to say

they are very professional, reliable and caring making sure mum is out of bed washed and dressed and ready for the day. There are a few carers that come regularly that mum has got to know and enjoys some banter with.
They are always on time and I cannot recommend them enough as we have peace of mind that mum is looked after with care and compassion.

Overall Experience

First of all to say that the care itself was very thorough; everything was done with care and nothing missed e.g. checking pills. It was nice to know that the carers would always turn up on time and it would be one of 3 who we got to know and they us. (neither of these happens with all help teams).

If we had any questions or queries on anything related to my wife's care, it would be answered in good time. e.g. how do we get blister packs for the drugs?
With regard to management without any direct involvement, I can only say they appear to be a well-managed organisation. Finally just to say that the people were friendly. courteous and very helpful.

Overall Experience

In the beginning, the carers came in 4 times per day 7 days per week.
As we came to the end of the care period we agreed to reduce the visits to 2 times per day.
They got me out of bed in the morning and assisted me to the commode. Then they washed me and dressed me and they then escorted me to my

chair and made sure I was comfortable.
The carers were very friendly and efficient.
They were extremely helpful and they were on time for the visits.
