Home Instead have been professional and their caregivers have always been kind and helpful. My uncle looked forward to their visits. It was very useful to be advised that we could apply for a LPA for health and well-being while my uncle still had the capacity. This avoided a long application process after he lost capacity. This was very reassuring for both me and my uncle. I would definitely recommend Home Instead to anyone needing support with an elderly relative.

Home Instead has been excellent in the service they have provided over the last four years. They have accommodated our ever-changing needs efficiently. The caregivers and management have always been good and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We chose Home Instead because they offered the continuity of care we know would be important to gain our mother's confidence. They have always put our mother's primary care at the top of the list and we receive regular feedback from them of any issues arising. Their online tracking form has aided that further. The staff we have encountered are extremely professional and have implemented and undertaken all the requests we have made of them. They never involve staff without having introduced them first eg: holiday cover and they have a 100% attendance record which is commendable. Regular client reviews are held, which they manage to ensure the appropriate and specific level of care is being given and applied. The personal relationship the carers have developed with our mother has been pivotal in her acceptance to the point, she now looks forward to their visits.

Mum had been looked after by Home Instead (Chingford) for two and a half years. In the last few months before she had a number of falls and the care professionals could not have been kinder, staying with Mum until either I or the paramedics could get there. They also supported me when things were very difficult. I think I'd have gone mad without them.

Home Instead (Chingford) had provided care for Dad for just over 20 months. Unfortunately, last month his circumstances changed which meant it was impossible for him to remain in his own home and therefore he himself made the decision to move into a Care Home for his own safety. The care and service provided by Home Instead were excellent throughout. Dad was treated with dignity, and kindness by all staff, where he looked upon them as friends, especially two staff members. I was fully informed about his care at all times and the service was outstanding on many occasions. I can't recommend Home Instead (Chingford) highly enough and thank you to management and all the office staff for your quick and reliable responses to any problems that cropped up unexpectedly.

Home Instead (Chingford) have provided care for Mum for fifteen months. The care and service provided by them has been exemplary throughout. Mum has been treated with dignity, kindness and I have been fully informed about her care at all times. The director, two members of staff and the carers have gone above and beyond on many occasions and I can't recommend Home Instead (Chingford) highly enough.

The carers treat my mother as though she is a member of their own family, giving time, dedication and kindness to make my mother feel as comfortable and cared for as possible in the circumstances.

The Directors looked after me very well, including making contact with my GP and together getting various community help such as a community physio. I could not have asked for better care and attention.

The caregivers looked after my mum at home for seven months, and I can honestly say all of the ladies were excellent. They were always so caring, treated my mum with the utmost respect, genuinely were interested in her well-being. Even when she went into hospital, they visited her. They were always punctual and stayed for their allotted time.

Compared to the other care companies I had used previously, they were exceptional.

Very reliable, efficient, kind and friendly. Care was arranged very quickly and was extremely flexible as we found a routine that worked for my mum. It has taken away a lot of stress and worry. All the carers are so kind and it really is like having extra friends that pop in.

Compared to other care companies we have been with the carers at Home Instead really go above and beyond. They have built a good rapport with my grandmother and show a genuine interest in her life and topics of conversation that she enjoys. Their support around the house with hoovering/washing up/washing the floors etc has really helped us to keep the house in order. Thank you

The agency cannot be more helpful and supportive. They not only provide the care required but go beyond that with good advice and providing help if possible at any time, seven days a week. A written narrative of all visits is logged in a folder at Mum's home so that events and mental state can be reviewed which is helpful when dealing with dementia. Whilst visits are scheduled by the hour, carers often stay longer and are always very kind and thoughtful. The agency really care for and about my mother and that is what really gives me confidence in all that they do.

Home Instead has been caring for Mum and Dad for 13 months. We are so grateful and so impressed - for our Mum and Dad's care day by day and in addition every month something they do has added to the quality or practicality of my Mum and Dad's lives. Your arrangements are very detailed and every detail has more than proven its worth. We feel so lucky to have found you as the agency who is helping Mum and Dad. You have arranged some ad-hoc additional hours - we have been so grateful. You are going to be added to the Age UK emergency button contact list for Mum and Dad - we are so grateful. If Age UK call your office you will arrange a call out - we are so grateful. Mum and Dad's review is due and we are hoping to be able to increase regular hours a bit, to give Mum and Dad even more regular structure to their week. No visit has been late or missed.
