My experience with Home lnstead was excellent! I would highly recommend their service. I was recovering from a major operation and I couldn't manage certain tasks like shopping and cleaning. They were a real help in my recovery both physically and mentally.
It's always great to work along side family's who are involved in the continued wellbeing of those we care for. Once again the care professionals have demonstrated their dedication and commitment to deliver outstanding care support overcoming any challenges.
The care professionals truly do care, their patience, kindness and compassion as well as their skills are outstanding and admirable.
I would recommend Home Instead in a heartbeat, and I am and always will be eternally grateful to them.
It is a wonderful privilege to support this client, who is a charming gentleman. His family are outstanding in recognising his ever-developing needs and working in tandem with the Home Instead team. Our care professionals are dedicated individuals, who make a difference daily to his well-being and quality of life, helping him to live well with his condition.
I rate the care I receive as excellent and would recommend the service to anyone.
We have been serving the elderly community of Chingford and North London for over 7 years and there are valued clients from the beginning who continue to thrive with our ongoing support. It's a privilege to make a difference to those we care for.
Home Instead have been professional and their caregivers have always been kind and helpful. My uncle looked forward to their visits. It was very useful to be advised that we could apply for a LPA for health and well-being while my uncle still had the capacity. This avoided a long application process after he lost capacity. This was very reassuring for both me and my uncle. I would definitely recommend Home Instead to anyone needing support with an elderly relative.
It has been lovely to work in partnership with a very caring family member. The primary Care Professional built a tremendous relationship and the confidence to advise and support was always given at the most appropriate time. Truly understanding our client's needs has been one of the many keys to our continued success.
Home Instead has been excellent in the service they have provided over the last four years. They have accommodated our ever-changing needs efficiently. The caregivers and management have always been good and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
What a wonderful privilege to care and support this client who has beaten all the odds and continues to thrive. I believe this is through the loving tender care from a truly supportive family and dedicated Care Professionals who go the extra mile day in day out.
We were recommended to Home Instead (Chingford) by the family of a fellow client, when the care arrangements for Mum while we went on holiday, were cancelled at the last minute.
We were offered a home visit immediately and care was put into place for the week we were going to be away.
The care team are fantastic, lovely, kind and considerate carers who looked after Mum with superb care and dignity. We received daily feedback after each visit, leaving us feeling reassured that Mum was well cared for while we were away. The management team are also outstanding, ensuring an excellent care plan for Mum was arranged, in order for us to continue with our holiday.
We cannot thank Home Instead enough - without them our holiday would never have gone ahead. We had a great experience from a lovely team. Thank you!
We had a very good review, friendly and helpful, and felt like we got all we need and support for the future. Really happy. Services are really good, helpful and supportive.
It is a pleasure to work in collaboration with the family in the best interest of this lovely lady. Despite, only requiring a very small number of home help visits, every client is equally important to us and is treated with dignity and receives full support from our office team as well as from her Care Professional.
We chose Home Instead because they offered the continuity of care we know would be important to gain our mother's confidence. They have always put our mother's primary care at the top of the list and we receive regular feedback from them of any issues arising. Their online tracking form has aided that further. The staff we have encountered are extremely professional and have implemented and undertaken all the requests we have made of them. They never involve staff without having introduced them first eg: holiday cover and they have a 100% attendance record which is commendable. Regular client reviews are held, which they manage to ensure the appropriate and specific level of care is being given and applied. The personal relationship the carers have developed with our mother has been pivotal in her acceptance to the point, she now looks forward to their visits.
A privilege to support along with family members that are keen to ensure their loved one has the best and appropriate care support possible. We always endeavour to work in partnership with immediate family, this ensures that care support from all aspects is received and the loved one can continue to live as independently as possible.
Mum had been looked after by Home Instead (Chingford) for two and a half years. In the last few months before she had a number of falls and the care professionals could not have been kinder, staying with Mum until either I or the paramedics could get there. They also supported me when things were very difficult. I think I'd have gone mad without them.
A privilege looking after this lovely lady. We trust she settles well into her new environment. The team did everything possible to ensure outstanding care support was given.
Home Instead (Chingford) had provided care for Dad for just over 20 months. Unfortunately, last month his circumstances changed which meant it was impossible for him to remain in his own home and therefore he himself made the decision to move into a Care Home for his own safety. The care and service provided by Home Instead were excellent throughout. Dad was treated with dignity, and kindness by all staff, where he looked upon them as friends, especially two staff members. I was fully informed about his care at all times and the service was outstanding on many occasions. I can't recommend Home Instead (Chingford) highly enough and thank you to management and all the office staff for your quick and reliable responses to any problems that cropped up unexpectedly.
The team of Care Professionals and office support once again delivered an outstanding level of care support from all perspectives.
Thank you all.
Home Instead (Chingford) have provided care for Mum for fifteen months. The care and service provided by them has been exemplary throughout. Mum has been treated with dignity, kindness and I have been fully informed about her care at all times. The director, two members of staff and the carers have gone above and beyond on many occasions and I can't recommend Home Instead (Chingford) highly enough.
Well done team, another tremendous accolade.
The carers treat my mother as though she is a member of their own family, giving time, dedication and kindness to make my mother feel as comfortable and cared for as possible in the circumstances.
A wonderful lady who has been cared for, for a number of years. The team once again have gone over and beyond to deliver person centred care that is making a difference that shows! Thanks for the great feedback.
The Directors looked after me very well, including making contact with my GP and together getting various community help such as a community physio. I could not have asked for better care and attention.
We wish our client well and a full and complete recovery.
The caregivers looked after my mum at home for seven months, and I can honestly say all of the ladies were excellent. They were always so caring, treated my mum with the utmost respect, genuinely were interested in her well-being. Even when she went into hospital, they visited her. They were always punctual and stayed for their allotted time.
It is always a privilege to work alongside family members with the care and support of their loved ones. We pride ourselves in delivering person-centred care.
Compared to the other care companies I had used previously, they were exceptional.
It has been an honour to care for and support this lady. We wish her well in her new home.
Very reliable, efficient, kind and friendly. Care was arranged very quickly and was extremely flexible as we found a routine that worked for my mum. It has taken away a lot of stress and worry. All the carers are so kind and it really is like having extra friends that pop in.
Carers have built a good relationship with us and management staff often look for additional ways to help us, including liaising with district nurses.
Highly recommended.
A privilege being able to care for this client, who has an extremely fascinating history. Such a talented individual and family. CAREGivers always look forward to visits and enjoy engaging conversations.
Compared to other care companies we have been with the carers at Home Instead really go above and beyond. They have built a good rapport with my grandmother and show a genuine interest in her life and topics of conversation that she enjoys. Their support around the house with hoovering/washing up/washing the floors etc has really helped us to keep the house in order. Thank you
The time I have been using the service, I have found it extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Both the carers and owner and assistants.
A really special lady who is a pleasure to care for. Another fantastic care package which has grown as a result of the superb care given. Great job team!
Excellent, reliable service.
A really lovely lady, who is extremely appreciative of the wonderful, supportive care she receives. As with all clients, a privilege to care for. Excellent all round support by the team.
