The agency cannot be more helpful and supportive. They not only provide the care required but go beyond that with good advice and providing help if possible at any time, seven days a week. A written narrative of all visits is logged in a folder at Mum's home so that events and mental state can be reviewed which is helpful when dealing with dementia. Whilst visits are scheduled by the hour, carers often stay longer and are always very kind and thoughtful. The agency really care for and about my mother and that is what really gives me confidence in all that they do.

Home Instead has been caring for Mum and Dad for 13 months. We are so grateful and so impressed - for our Mum and Dad's care day by day and in addition every month something they do has added to the quality or practicality of my Mum and Dad's lives. If Age UK call your office you will arrange a call out - we are so grateful. Mum and Dad's review is due and we are hoping to be able to increase regular hours a bit, to give Mum and Dad even more regular structure to their week. No visit has been late or missed. My helper is a very pleasant and polite young lady. Very punctual and helpful.

The service I receive is very good and reliable. My carers can be trusted in all aspects of their support. When I had a heating problem the carer stayed to resovle the matter and kept me warm and safe in my house. They go over the call of duty to support me. Shopping is done for me on a weekly basis and I always get my shoping on time and the items requested. Overall my service is 110%

My carer has become a friend. She looks after me as if I were her mother, with care, kindness and with the care that affords me my dignity. She performs all tasks diligently. I look forward to seeing her every morning.

The care provided for my mum is excellent, consistent and always considerate of her needs on a daily basis.

Communication between the carers and myself is always prompt and helpful if any issue is identified at a morning visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the care she receives.

The carer is fine, she's always ready to help if I need anything that she can help me with. I can't say anything else - she's fine.

I found the service perfect for our requirements. Our caregiver was a caring, capable and kindly presence and I very much enjoyed his company. His presence gave my wife a certain independence which enabled her to pursue her career (playwright)

Home Instead Senior Care (Chingford)have been amazing since our mum has been back at home after a stroke. They have been able to take her and attend doctors and hospital appointments. They take notes and are very professional with passing on relevant information. This has been invaluable when family members have been unable to attend.

If they are unavoidably late or early, they inform me. They are caring and careful with the service they provide.

My carer has moved to be extremely reliable. She always turns up on the dot - always with a smile. She is generous and knowledgeable in providing care. She lets me set the pace - never rushing me. She is gentle and respectful in providing intimate care. I like her a lot!

I am certainly willing to have her continue to care for me and would recommend her to anyone who similarily needs the attention of a carer.
