As my dad's journey ends with Bloom & Care, I can only say how lucky we were recommended to them over the last two years. Nothing has been a problem and for them to make my dad's experience so memorable, even through testing times, is a massive accolade to them. So professional and nothing too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone who values great service and empathy.

We only had Bloom & Care for my Dad's last month but in that time we found them to be professional, kind, friendly, and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. They came twice a day, morning to get Dad up and dressed and evening to help him to bed at a time that was convenient to us. They also started immediately after their first visit to introduce themselves. I would definitely recommend Bloom and Care to anyone.

As a family, we cannot recommend highly enough the service and care our father was given. Being able to stay in his own home, surrounded by his own belongings, was so important. Not only do they offer day-to-day support, they have a wealth of knowledge on what services are available and are on hand to advise. This is truly a company that goes above and beyond. Bloom & Care were absolutely fantastic. They enabled my mother to stay in her own home for longer than we expected. They were always reliable and so caring. We really felt Mum was looked after by well-trained, competent but above all, genuinely caring people. I think this is the type of service you only ever get from a local company, employing local people which is managed and run by a team that intimately knows what is going on with all their clients.

I cannot stress enough how fantastic the care had been for my father. Without it, he could not stay in his house. He was reluctant at first to have care at home, but now he positively looks forward to the morning and evening visits. Each of the carers have been considerate, engaging and most of all caring. There is nothing perfunctory about the service provided. It is all done with genuine interest and feeling. Bloom & Care have been simply wonderful in all respects. Our entire family is so grateful to the manager and the team. I would unequivocally recommend them.

Bloom & Care came in in November 22 to provide twice-a-day care for my father and mother. My father is 89 and is simply a sweet old man. He needs help dressing and getting washed. The team are all absolutely fantastic with him both with encouraging him to get up and on the practical side. They also keep an eye on his medical condition and have notified both his GP and me with regard to issues. In fact they spotted his urine was off colour and he has since been treated in hospital for a bladder issue. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Bloom & Care started caring for my uncle earlier this year, and the difference in him is astonishing. He looks so well looked after and he is so much happier, positive and settled in himself. When Bloom & Care started caring for him, it was visible that his health had really declined, but with the great knowledge of the management team who have nursing backgrounds and the fantastic team of ladies who are obviously highly trained, he was soon back on his feet and has even been able to attend social events with our family again. There is a reason Bloom & Care are the best in Bedford and this is because of their wonderful care staff and great management team. Thank you to all involved, I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company to my family, friends and beyond.

I would like to thank all of the staff at Bloom & Care for the wonderful attention and care they have given to my dad after his cataract operation and for the care and understanding given to my mum. Everyone who came into contact with both of our parents was warm, caring and considerate and both my mum and dad appreciated the respect shown to them and will be pleased to call on these services again without hesitation. Bloom and Care have provided me and my family with peace of mind, knowing that mum is in the best of hands and this has enabled her to continue living at home, which was her dearest wish.

The manager and her team are superb and, importantly, reliable. Dealing with a 92-year-old who has quite advanced dementia can be challenging to say the least, but all staff are pleasant, patient and professional. Always helpful, the manager managed to fit us in very quickly and her caring approach is much admired. We would certainly recommend Bloom & Care - not only to those requiring such services but also to any carers looking for an excellent employer. Grateful thanks to all concerned.

Bloom and care have been absolute lifesavers. I wouldn't trust anyone else. The girls are all amazing, communication is brilliant. They have gone above and beyond and helped with not only the physical care but the doctor communication, district nurse, OTS etc. Always keeping us as a family in the loop. When my grandad has needed extra help they get things sorted and in place. Not only have they given my grandad a better quality of life, but they have also done the same for us as a family. The managers are so knowledgeable, they will always do their best to get things put in place and also be a listening ear when things get tough. My grandad looks forward to seeing the girls every day. You can tell the care is of a high standard buy just seeing how well my grandad has come since they have been around.

My experience has always been excellent with all my care.

My dad had a fall in April and I needed to put carers into place very quickly. Bloom and care came highly recommended from the paramedics and community nurse. I phoned them and explained what situation I was in, they came to visit the next day, with a plan in place if we were to proceed. They had moved appointments around to fit my mum and dad in. They have provided an excellent service and helped me to put certain safety measures in place to assist mum and dad.

The carers are all very friendly and cheerful, it was nice to see a friendly person night and morning especially at night when you have been on your own nearly all day. They were all very helpful and kind to me. Thanks to you all very much.
