The local company provided me with all the care and assistance I required, following being infected with Covid whilst in hospital. When I was discharged I was sent home without any care plan whatsoever at a time when I felt extremely ill. The care and assistance provided by the company were extremely good and very reassuring at a time when I most needed support.

Depth of knowledge of the staff in the highest regard. Assessment of all situations meaning quick responses. Instant rapport with all management and staff. Well being of client at an outstanding level. Great encouragement given to live an active and fulfilling existence encouraged totally. Progress and assessment equate to an extremely happy state of mind and spirit.

Dad is always pleased to see his carers and feels well cared for by them. Nothing to too much trouble for them - they would do anything for him.

I cannot thank the company enough for all they did for Mum. I was informed of any problems Mum developed e,g infection, muddled, etc... and we all worked together to try to overcome these problems. A fantastic caring company.

This is a very well run company, but what is much more important than that, is that the people care very much about their clients. I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law, and she is totally delighted with her carer and sees her as a friend who is totally trustworthy. I deal with the admin side of things and from that perspective, I am delighted at the organisation and availability of the owners to any questions or concerns. I think I or anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better, more caring, more well-organised company in this field than Bloom & Care.

When Bloom & Care stepped in to help care for our son they not only cared for our son to a very high standard asking us what we wanted and telling us before they did anything, they were always at the end of the phone and nothing was to much trouble for them. They were always there to support us and helped us as a family every step of the way. Our son passed away very suddenly and the personal support was overwhelming. Thank you Bloom & Care .

My brother and I are eternally indebted to the entire Bloom & Care team for helping our 88-year-old mum to gradually glide into home care to enable her to remain independent and - most importantly - at home in her familiar surroundings. Bloom & Care have successfully overcome a number of obstacles in order to gain Mum's trust, having a very international background and as such, a superb understanding of foreign cultures. Most importantly, empathy and respect extended to clients and their families. This is an integral part of Bloom & Care's amazing service package, something which is absolutely priceless. The service my mother received from Bloom & Care for over six months was excellent. At 98 years old and living independently, my mother found all the carers kind, respectful and efficient. As the client's daughter, I found Bloom & Care exceptionally reliable. They dealt with emergencies with calmness and helpfulness to client and family, well beyond the demands of duty. The carers are well recruited and trained. Bloom & Care managers are always readily available to sort out individual arrangements - helpful prompting medical supplies and contacting doctors and medical support as appropriate. Communication between management and staff was immediate and effective. My mother and I both valued highly the encouragement and cheerfulness of Bloom & Care's positive staff. We recommend Bloom & Care wholeheartedly.

Every one of the ladies who have been employed by Bloom & Care is very caring, kind, trustworthy and always seem to do just a little bit of everything. They make my friend feel safe and deal with her confusion in such a gentle encouraging way. All this comes from the top by example.

The service from Bloom & Care has been excellent. I had a dreadful accident and have needed help from February 2019 until September 2019. This has varied as I have recovered enough to no longer require their services. They have also told me that should I feel the need for further help in the following months, just to give them a call. I feel I have been very lucky to have had their care and would recommend them without a doubt.

We were extremely pleased to find Bloom & Care to assist in the care of our elderly mother (aged 90), who has dementia and is increasingly bedridden. Staff at Bloom & Care have treated mum with incredible sensitivity and made a very good relationship with her quite quickly. Their care has proved thoroughly professional and we have had much useful advice from them on her ongoing care needs. They have also proved very efficient at adjusting mum's care needs as they change. Thoroughly recommend them.

We have found the support we have received from Bloom & Care to be exceptional. The communication we have received is clear and unambiguous, we are kept well informed and the manager has made herself available to answer any questions and offer support when we have needed it. Our care has been excellent, we have continuity and the carer that visits us is compassionate and caring. The care that we have received is person-centred and adapted to meet my husband's specific personal needs. I feel that I can trust Bloom & Care to look after my husband as if he was a member of their family; I truly believe he is receiving care that they too would be happy to receive.
