During the past few months, Bluebird Care has been taking care of my mother. The carers that have visited her, have been nothing but professional, courteous and sympathetic to my mom's needs. Even staying with her longer than the allotted time allowed. We cannot thank you all enough for what you are doing for Mom, we really do appreciate everything you do.

Thank you, from all the family.

Bluebird Care came highly recommended when I was looking for just a small amount of help for my terminally ill parent. He was very dubious about anyone coming to assist as he's very independent. He now looks forward to the care/service and the company and I am feeling a little bit lighter of load knowing he's well looked after and in safe hands.

Reply from Nicola Witt, Owner at Bluebird Care Dudley, Kidderminster & Malvern

Hello and thank you for your review. We all have plenty going on at the moment and so if we and our carers have been able to lighten the load a little, then that is great from our point of view. Thank you.

Bluebird Care are very well organised and send the schedule of who is calling and when. They regularly review the service with myself and my father. They have contacted me when they have noticed something that needs sorting out. The carers are professional, patient, hardworking and always courteous and kind. My sister and I are absolutely delighted to know that our father is being looked after so well and with such respect and kindness.

Reply from Nicola Witt, Owner at Bluebird Care Dudley, Kidderminster & Malvern

It is always nice to read that our carers are doing a good job and that what we are able to do for your father is appreciated both by you, your sister and your father himself. Thank you.

I have only praise for the team at Bluebird. I believe the staff are representative of their management who we find amazing and professional in all aspects.

We use Bluebird services remotely for my mother in the UK and there is never a lapse in communication between myself in Australia and the office team and carers. I have high praise for the app which allows me to view details of the services provided daily and the condition of Mum's health and well being. I highly recommend Bluebird service for demonstrating genuine care and providing great value for money.

After a replacement hip, I required help for a few weeks until my mobility enabled me to get back to normality. Thanks to the wonderful care and assistance from Bluebird Care workers who cared for me just half an hour morning and evening for just a few weeks, I am now fully recovered and driving again. The care workers will do anything you ask them to do with a smile. Thank you, ladies.

I have been a client for just about a year with this company and have always found their service excellent. All the girls I have; are very good at their jobs and nice to talk to but I would like less change.

We are very pleased that you enjoy the calls and like the visits from the carers. Likewise, all of the carers enjoy their visits to you - never a dull visit!

I would highly recommend this care provider, both for their care and administration. The care plan was actioned in less than 24 hours, which was extremely helpful as I live some distance from my parents. Even in the initial stages of care with everyone getting used to "individual ways" their care and attention to details was fabulous. In my father's case, the main concern was that he received the same carer; as his dementia can be a challenge and his ability to accept change. The lady that organised the care package and her team have been brilliant with this situation and have done all that they can do to promote and establish this new relationship between carer and service user. We are looking forward to their continued care, and for myself, the peace of mind is invaluable.

Our mum has been under the care of Bluebird for the last few months and the care she has received has been excellent. The carers are very kind, professional and sensitive to her needs and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately mum has recently been in hospital following a fall and subsequent surgery, however, the team have continued to support not only mum but her family, which is very much appreciated. Mum is currently having rehabilitation but is striving to return to the comfort of her own home where the carers will continue with their excellent care. We would highly recommend Bluebird following the experience we have had.

Found the service very good. Especially two carers in particular, who come the most. Found them very helpful in my recovery in getting back to being mobile.

The care and support my mother has received from Bluebird Care when helping her shower and clearing up a persistent rash on her legs with daily care, as well as the companionship when taking her to the dentist, out shopping, for coffee and cake, has been exemplary. They have been in contact with my family now for 4 months and visit my mother daily so we have had a lot of contact with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing support for themselves or a loved one. The support is flexible, responsive, reliable, respectful, caring and good value. My mother had a stroke over 4 years ago and is left with mobility issues, aphasia (impaired speech) and the support she receives from Bluebird Care helps keep her both physically and emotionally. They have become a part of the 'team' that help my mother and liaise with her family, the district nurses and speech therapist have high praise for their work with my mother. If you need more help give them a try.

Nicola Witt

Nicola comes to the Care profession having worked as a Solicitor for over 20 years. In her role as a Solicitor, she was able to see at first hand how the lives of people could be enhanced significantly with the right care provision being made and just as importantly how the wrong care could hold people back.

With Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills, she is able to put into practice what she has seen in her career as a Solicitor. Her time in the law also means that she has experience of running a business and a team of people, to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve the goal of providing excellent care.
