A caring, professional, exceptional team of carers led by a wonderful manager. QHCNW have been looking after my Aunt since pre-pandemic, & have become more like friends. We were very lucky to find a PROPER care company. QHCNW had just started up & we were one of the first clients. We were impressed when two of the team came to see us prior to starting to care for my Aunt, & it has proven to be the best thing for her, & the family that anyone could ever wish for.The help & support my Aunt & the family have had for over five years now is immeasurable. She looks forward to the visits, & enjoys the company of all the lovely ladies. A key strength is the hands on manager, who knows all the clients personal & medical needs & goes way beyond the call of duty. They administer medication & sensitive issues are dealt with in a very kind manner, respecting the dignity of a very proud lady. They spot potential flare ups of medical problems and inform me right away. Thankyou isn't enough.

We were looking for friendly but professional carers who could support Mum with her morning routine, respect her complex health needs and ensure her safety. We were also looking for a befriend/help with home chores late afternoon. We realised immediately that we had found the correct team. Mum took to all the carers as if they were family and similarly, they cared for Mum as though she was one of their own.
The carers attended twice a day and were always on time. On the occasions where they could not leave the previous client, we were informed immediately. Conversely, when mum was unwell, they didn't leave her until they had ensured she was safe.
Several of the carers went above and beyond - preparing an appetising lunch instead of the standard sandwich, offering to iron, and changing beds. Communication was superb between the family and the service which was very reassuring too.
Very happy to continue using their services.

Terrific set-up. Lovely carers who do everything from general housework to personal care for the elderly. Polite, fun and hard-working. The carers come and see to my 96-year-old dad every week and they are always lovely with him - and very professional. The whole operation is very well managed. A really good company.

We use Quality HomeCare NorthWest to look after my father who has mixed dementia and lives alone. They are completely reliable and go above and beyond for him and for us as a family. They as a team make a very hard situation easier for us. Dad likes all the girls that visit him. I can’t recommend them enough to people we are so lucky to have found the manager and her girls, they truly are amazing people.

The best decision I made was to entrust Quality Homecare Northwest with my mum's day-to-day care.
As an only child and living a long way from my mum, we would be lost without their visits and the kindheartedness and understanding they show.
Nothing is too much for them, there is always somebody to accompany Mum to appointments and offer her reassurance when she needs it.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to those in need and would like to thank the staff for all that they do for us.

All staff are genuinely caring people. They go way beyond their duties to keep the client and family happy.
Over lockdown, I knew my mum was safe and well looked after when I couldn’t see her. Mum would be so up-lifted when there was a knock at the door and one of the staff would arrive with a surprise package of food goodies. They never let my mum down with visits through the whole of the pandemic, even though it was hard with staff being ill.
The manager and her team always keep us updated with any health issues or concerns however small and have given advice when needed.
Recently, Mum needed more care and the manager made time in their busy schedule to fit carers in at lunchtime. I know at this time, some of the carers again went beyond the call of duty and checked on her throughout the day. A big thank you to all staff.

Quality HomeCare NorthWest Ltd is extremely professional and well-organised. They were able to give advice about care and equipment in the home. I have a team of about five carers who are punctual, polite, caring and compassionate. They are all skilled in various areas of caring and I am treated with respect and dignity at all times. All visits are recorded in a file left in my home. I have no hesitation recommending them to my friends.

My Mother-in-Law has been cared for by Quality Homecare North West since their first day in business. She lives with us, and we care for her 24/7 but we have carers calling in for a few hours a week to help with some personal care and to give us a much-needed break too. At 91, it really helps for her to see other people who provide support and someone else to chat with, all in the comfort of her own familiar surroundings. We are all so pleased that we found Quality Homecare North West during our initial search, as soon as we met the Care manager/Owner we knew they were the ones for us. They really are amazing, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have used other care companies in the past, but none of them compares to Quality Homecare. My Mother-in-law is always treated with respect, care and compassion. I don't know what we'd do without them. Following my eye operation, I needed help with my disabled husband first thing in the morning to help him dry and dress after showering. The help we received was second to none and I would have no hesitation calling on their excellent services if I needed to again. I can’t speak highly enough of the ladies who came to our assistance.

I am so glad we found Quality HomeCare North West. They are amazing. My aunt could not have stayed at home without their care, compassion, thoughtfulness and willingness to do everything with and for her. I was able to return home (150 miles away) knowing she was in safe hands. I call them my Angels because they have saved my mental health and my aunt's life.
