I have been very pleased with the service provided and the friendliness of the staff.
Thank you for the review. I will relay your comments to the staff who will be delighted.
We have lost mum suddenly. Dad has dementia. I got in touch with social services who put me onto your care company. Every member of your team have been amazing. Shown us love, compassion but most of all amazing with dad.
Thank you so much for your review. I know it's been a difficult time but I'm delighted we have been able to help in a small way.
Absolutely fantastic service from both the care staff and followed up by the office. Special thanks to the carer; she has been absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better too. She not only cares but anticipates my every need - highly recommend this company.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We always share positive feedback with the staff and will relay your comments accordingly.
I needed to use this service to enable me to live at home after spinal surgery to relieve pressure on my spinal cord; which has significantly reduced mobility. I have found the staff and management to be very supportive, friendly and efficient. I feel the staff have treated me with respect and encouragement; which has enabled me to feel more confident in the range of activities I can now attempt. For instance, walking further, cooking and more varied household tasks; which has increased my independence. The manager has been very efficient in keeping in touch, and this has been reassuring. He is also very supportive of the staff; which enables them to provide an excellent service to clients.
We are delighted to receive this response about the service and really pleased with your positive comments. Thank you for taking the time to complete this review, which will be shared with our colleagues.
My mother has had the carers from Radfield going into her home for the last five months. I personally have had the pleasure of meeting three of the carers over this period and found all of them to be friendly and efficient workers. My mother is the last person to allow people into her home, but the girls (and boys) have obviously won her over. Due to the Coronavirus, I have decided to stop anyone but myself attending to my mum, but once everything has settled down again, we will be perfectly happy to have the girls from Radfield back again.
Thank you so much for this excellent review. We look forward to resuming our service once we all return to normality.
I have been very impressed with the care provided by Radfield Home Care. My brother can be rather difficult at times and the carers have taken the time to get to know him. He is always treated with such respect and kindness. The carers go in for two hours a day, Monday to Friday and seem to get through so much within those couple of hours. I would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care to anyone who needs support to enable them to remain in their own home.
Thank you so much for the review. The staff have really got to know your brother well and as well as helping him I think the staff have gained a lot of knowledge from your brother's life experiences.
As well as the staff, I have nothing but praise for the management team who were equally kind and considerate of my needs as well as Mum's and who provided support in a number of circumstances.
I cannot speak highly enough of this provider and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Thank you so much for the excellent review. We will pass on your comments to the staff who will be delighted.
Nothing to much trouble.
If you need care in your own home, Radfield Home Care is the people to contact.
Thank you for your fabulous review. The staff will be delighted.
My mum's carer has become excellent help in every way to enable my mum to stay in her own home, which is what my mum wants and with Radfield Home Care is now possible. Thank you to all the team at Radfield Home Care.
Thank you for your kind comments which are very much appreciated. We will pass them on to the staff who will be delighted.
I thoroughly recommend Radfield Home Care.
Delighted that you took the time to review the service - it's a pleasure looking after your father. Your positive comments will be shared with the rest of the team. Thanks again!
I am very pleased to say that the care I am receiving is excellent and also they treat me with dignity.
We are delighted to receive this review and will pass your comments on to the staff.
If there are problems, they inform me which is great, it gives me confidence that if things are going awry, I will learn about it and can take remedial action.
I am not normally there when the cleaning is done so I am working with limited information when performing the marking. The Overall Standard mark of excellent is valid, the other marks are my best guess.
Thanks for your review Carl. We appreciate your positive comments and will feedback to the staff who will be delighted
They do not take over, make me feel good about myself and not patronising, friendly and nothing is too much trouble and they do not rush me!. They stay their time and will go over their time if they need to. They are not mean or make me feel uncomfortable. They will not leave until they check I have my lifeline on and meds to hand, plenty of drinks and my phones to hand too. Brilliant carers, brilliant company.
We're delighted you're pleased with the service and will pass on your comments to the staff who will be delighted.
My wife and I decided to look after my father at home after him being very ill in hospital, it came a time when he did not require hospital stay but was not strong enough to go home as he lived alone, he did not want to go into a reablement home which he was offered. Both my wife and I work full time but have a lot of flexibility, however, I was keen for my Dad to have a routine and to give him the care and support whilst maintaining his dignity. I was offered Radfield Care as an option, the team were absolutely fantastic, nothing was a problem, they were very professional, they came in the morning and evening daily and the standard of care was second to none as I, myself, work for the NHS and have high expectations of care, especially with this being my dad. I can honestly say I could not fault them in any way and would recommend their service without hesitation.
We appreciate you taking the time to complete this review - the review is fantastic and will be shared with the care team.
All the carers are very helpful and willing to take on varied tasks to help me.
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete this fantastic review - it's a pleasure to receive such feedback, which we'll share with the care team.
We have used their services on and off for 18 months, each time we have a requirement they are easy to contact, flexible, efficient and sympathetic to our Mothers needs.
Finding a home care company you can rely on is not easy, however nothing is too much for Radfield.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
Thank you for this glowing review and taking the time to share such a positive experience. We will share with the staff who will be delighted.
What a dedicated group of people who work and care for the people of Crosby who need their service. They are always happy and smiling. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We are delighted with this review. This is exactly the sort of service we aim to provide. We will feedback your lovely comments to the staff.
They go out of their way to be helpful and respond very well to all requests. The managers are easily accessible, hands-on and very responsive.
Great service!
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete this very positive review. I will share the feedback with the staff.
The care has always been a good standard. My mother has enjoyed the company of all the carers and they have met all our needs.
Thank you for your review. We look forward to continuing to support your care requirements moving forward.
My brother and I are really grateful to the Radfield Home Care Team (Liverpool North) for the genuinely caring, friendly and professional assistance they provide to our dad. It is very reassuring for us to know that their visits each day have such a positive impact on him — and also, should they have any concerns, we would be alerted straight away. The management team is always responsive, proactive and very flexible to work with. We are very pleased with the service provided and have no hesitation in recommending Radfield.
Thank you for your kind words. The positive feedback means a lot to all the staff. We will continue to do all that we can to provide a first-class service.

Dave is Director of Radfield Home Care Liverpool North. Dave has worked for Shell for over 15 years, involved in a number of global projects, working with interesting people all over the world.
It is Dave’s belief that being able to interact with individuals from all walks of life is an integral part of being successful in the Home Care sector and he has brought all of these skills to his business.
Dave has first-hand home care experience, as sadly over recent years he has seen both his parents struggle with Dementia and the challenges this brings to family and loved ones. As the family journey continued, Dave’s inspiration for his business has been driven by his struggle to find high quality, person-centred home care for his parents.

Denys joined Radfield Home Care Liverpool North in 2019 and has brought with him a wealth of experience in the care sector.
He has worked in home care since 2007 in various roles from project management to multi-site management. And, has also seen the benefits of working for both small and large home care businesses over the years. During this time Denys has had a range of career highlights from improving the care service, developing individuals and teams, and growing a business.
Denys explains, “Supporting people to live independently is highly rewarding, and as a manager, it also means you can influence the way the services are developed. In a world of technology, you see the great benefits; of raising the standards of both care and the service we offer. Helping people to live at home independently is at the core of what we do, and there is no better feeling in supporting our clients to achieve this.”

Louise is responsible for recruiting our team of expert care professionals and ensuring our care teams are set up for success in performing their roles. She also ensures that our carer and client information is compliant with the Care Quality Commission’s regulations.
Louise details her wealth of fantastic experiences:
“I have worked in a number of roles in the past having been in the Royal Air Force for a number of years until I had my daughter. I then worked for a finance company for a couple of years and progressed from Receptionist to a New Business Clerk. I then moved to the Santander Retail Contact Centre, I then moved into the Fraud Contact Centre within the first 12 months and progressed to a Contact Centre Team Leader, managing a team of 15 call handlers, dealing with customer escalations, complaints and making sure the customer journey was smooth. I remained with the bank for 11 years and only left due to redundancy. I wanted a new role which would be more engaging with people and moved to the North West Ambulance as a call handler which I really enjoyed and remained there for 7 months. I then moved to a home care company as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to a Recruitment Account manager.”
“When I initially joined the home care company I had never worked in the care sector and couldn’t answer questions potential candidates would ask. I completed my care certificate training within the first 8 weeks and delivered home care for some time. This gave me the knowledge and experience to help and reassure potential candidate queries. I enjoy recruitment and getting to speak with a variety of people on a day-to-day basis.”
As a former recruitment consultant, Louise knows exactly how to find the best carers:
“I am aware of the recruitment needs for home care and how to identify good quality care professionals. I’m also familiar with North Liverpool and Sefton having previously recruited for these areas. Working in the community gives me an understanding of what the care professionals in the community go through each day – engaging with lots of different people, from potential candidates to clients and other HCPs. I have care certificate training, previous managerial experience, knowledge of the local areas and an understanding of the recruitment challenges within the care sector.”
