My wife had a very complex condition being bed bound, nil by mouth, difficult to communicate with and permanently ventilated and so required 24/7 care by 2 carers. She was initially cared for by another Care company who, in fairness, was technically able but, had no staff continuity or real interest in her as a person. Henley Care by contrast brought in a brilliant, stable team who treated my wife as a family member. The technical competence of the team was ensured by the owner of the care company, who was a qualified nurse, plus where required, training at the house with external trainers. The owner was also a very hands-on manager visiting us at least once a week. Henley Care looked after my wife for over 3 years and their high standard was maintained for all this period. We were delighted with their services and would recommend them to anyone.
