Henley Care was founded in August 2011 to assist clients in living independently in their own homes and exercising the choices they wish to make for themselves. Since then, they have grown and developed to provide the highest level of care and nursing services to adults of all ages, available around the clock.

Henley Care works directly with individuals or families and local authority care providers and currently employs over 30 carers who support clients in more than five different counties. All carers are direct employees of Henley Care, ensuring consistent quality of service rather than relying on freelance staff. The well-being of clients is paramount, and carers are dedicated to going above and beyond to fulfil the specific needs and wishes of their clients.

My wife had a very complex condition being bed bound, nil by mouth, difficult to communicate with and permanently ventilated and so required 24/7 care by 2 carers. She was initially cared for by another Care company who, in fairness, was technically able but, had no staff continuity or real interest
in her as a person. Henley Care by contrast brought in a brilliant, stable team who treated my wife as a family member. The technical competence of the team was ensured by the owner of the care company, who was a qualified nurse, plus where required, training at the house with external trainers. The owner was also a very hands-on manager visiting us at least once a week. Henley Care looked after my wife for over 3 years and their high standard was maintained for all this period. We were delighted with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a dedicated professional with substantial experience as a nurse in charge, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Since August 2011, I have been managing Henley Care Agency, which provides care and support to individuals in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire for domiciliary and complex care. As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and a registered social worker, I am resourceful and responsive to change, effectively achieving collective objectives in the care and development of patients. I have a proven record of managing busy caseloads, promoting services, and enhancing personal and professional standards.
