Life Care Plus Hillingdon offers home care to people with a variety of needs including elderly people, physically disabled, those with learning disabilities among others.

The home care service support people to live at home independently in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Ruislip, Northwood & Hayes.

Skilled staff assist people by helping them to stay on track with their medication, offering simple reminders of when to take them. Care workers will also provide advice on eating healthily, assistance with exercise and encourage elderly people to drink water regularly.

Home care services include help washing, dressing, meal preparation, live-in care, assistance to attend appointments, palliative care and respite care.

We use Life Care Plus Hillingdon for my mother and now my father needs care so we use Life Care Plus Hillingdon. I would not hesitate in recommending Life Care Plus Hillingdon to anyone needing a care provider for themselves or a family member. Everyone I have dealt with, management are amazing. The
carers are kind and considerate to my mother and father's individual needs. If changes need to be made or care needs to be increased the management team have dealt with this quickly and efficiently.

We were first-time uses of the company and found them extremely supportive and truly caring. They were always prepared to help in any situation, even at short notice. The carers we had built a very good relationship with my father over a period of 18-months. I believe my father was looked after very

1) Initial meeting was made so easy and the manager explained exactly what they were going to do.
2) Best news first day was that I got full assistance to have a shower.
3) Evening, ready to put to bed. Legs washed and a small massage given by the carer. Excellent to go to sleep.

Life Care plus are providing excellent care to my father-in-law. The organisation has been very flexible and patient whenever we have asked to change any requirements. They have always been happy to discuss our concerns and respond to our wishes.
All the carers have been brilliant in providing care
for my father-in-law and the support that he needs. It has been difficult for my father-in-law and mother-in-law to accept people into their homes as they are very independent but the carers have made it easier for them. The carers work hard to complete the tasks that they are set and still are able to have a chat and a laugh with my in-laws, which brightens their day. I would also like to say a thank you to the management team who have always been there for us and very quick at sorting out any queries. A real team effort. Thank you to you all.

I was lucky to find Life Care Plus Ltd they are very caring to my Mother-In-Law amazing at their job. May I say not only at their job but they treat my Mother-In-Law just like their family. They are very helpful in providing care, help with getting the appropriate equipment to make her life more bearable
and they come on time. Even her doctor commented on how good they are. The manager is excellent too.

The principal is very professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. He puts the well being of the client at the heart of the service, and he is personally hands-on rather than delegate to his team.
In terms of the carers who work for the company - our experience has been amazing. The carers come
on time as agreed and carry out the duties as agreed. But what is a bonus point, is that they are flexible to adjust to the needs of the client and will go out of their way to be helpful, which is useful both to the client and the close family.

We are pleased with the service provided by Life Care Plus. They provide care 4 times a day. The carers are respectful. We had a slight difficulty when care arranged over language, this was quickly resolved by the manager.
