Life Care Plus Hillingdon offers home care to people with a variety of needs including elderly people, physically disabled, those with learning disabilities among others.

The home care service support people to live at home independently in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Ruislip, Northwood & Hayes.

Skilled staff assist people by helping them to stay on track with their medication, offering simple reminders of when to take them. Care workers will also provide advice on eating healthily, assistance with exercise and encourage elderly people to drink water regularly.

Home care services include help washing, dressing, meal preparation, live-in care, assistance to attend appointments, palliative care and respite care.

Mum was discharged from hospital at short notice and we had to quickly find a carer for her.
The company found us a 24 hour live-in carer at short notice, especially as it was coming up to the holiday season. They made sure that mum's needs were met in every way and always discussed the process with
me to ensure I was happy as well. The company owner would visit the house to check all was ok with both mum and the carer. They also put in a relief cover carer for two hours each day, and these ladies made sure Mum was safe at all times.


We shall shortly be having a different 24-hour carer, as the original lady is having a two-week break. We all met with the new prospective carer and mum was able to ask her questions so that she felt able to get along with somebody else living in her house.


Our hope is that one day, we are able to cut the hours of the carer and allow mum to live a bit more independently.

Their professional approach and understanding to what their clients' requirements are have exceeded expectations.
We are confident that the level of care we receive is of a high

My Mum receives excellent care from Life Care Plus.
Carers arrive on time, professionally dressed and assist Mum to go to the toilet and getting in bed.
They also provide meals. They know what she requires.
The carer always comes on time. They are always friendly and courteous and attentive to Mum's
needs.

My friend has a Life Care Plus carer every day for one hour to help with personal care. The carers are friendly, professional and my Friend really enjoys their visits. Life Care Plus has made a huge difference to my Friend's quality of life and helps the family to get on with morning and sorting out
our kids.

After contacting many local agencies, we decided to opt for Life Care Plus Ltd. Although a new company, they seemed to be knowledgeable in the treatment and care of the elderly. The main carer was introduced upfront so we could question her experience and rate her suitability. We found her to be both
experienced and kind natured. The care she has given has been of enormous benefit. She is also prompt and courteous at all times. Support carers are yet to be rated.
