Very helpful and caring.

Life Care Plus Hillingdon provides an excellent service. My mother has been receiving care at home from Life Care Plus Hillingdon for some years now. We are extremely pleased with the level of care she receives. I have been particularly impressed during the Covid-19 pandemic for the non stop care my mother received. Management is excellent and helpful.

Overall, could not have asked for a better caring team.

All the carers have been brilliant in providing care for my father-in-law and the support that he needs. It has been difficult for my father-in-law and mother-in-law to accept people into their homes as they are very independent but the carers have made it easier for them. The carers work hard to complete the tasks that they are set and still are able to have a chat and a laugh with my in-laws, which brightens their day. I would also like to say a thank you to the management team who have always been there for us and very quick at sorting out any queries. A real team effort. Thank you to you all.

I was lucky to find Life Care Plus Ltd they are very caring to my Mother-In-Law amazing at their job. May I say not only at their job but they treat my Mother-In-Law just like their family. They are very helpful in providing care, help with getting the appropriate equipment to make her life more bearable and they come on time. Even her doctor commented on how good they are. The manager is excellent too.

In terms of the carers who work for the company - our experience has been amazing. The carers come on time as agreed and carry out the duties as agreed. But what is a bonus point, is that they are flexible to adjust to the needs of the client and will go out of their way to be helpful, which is useful both to the client and the close family.

We are pleased with the service provided by Life Care Plus. They provide care 4 times a day. The carers are respectful. We had a slight difficulty when care arranged over language, this was quickly resolved by the manager.

The company found us a 24 hour live-in carer at short notice, especially as it was coming up to the holiday season. They made sure that mum's needs were met in every way and always discussed the process with me to ensure I was happy as well. The company owner would visit the house to check all was ok with both mum and the carer. They also put in a relief cover carer for two hours each day, and these ladies made sure Mum was safe at all times.

We shall shortly be having a different 24-hour carer, as the original lady is having a two-week break. We all met with the new prospective carer and mum was able to ask her questions so that she felt able to get along with somebody else living in her house.

Our hope is that one day, we are able to cut the hours of the carer and allow mum to live a bit more independently.

We are confident that the level of care we receive is of a high standard after being let down by another agency.

The carer always comes on time. They are always friendly and courteous and attentive to Mum's needs.

My friend has a Life Care Plus carer every day for one hour to help with personal care. The carers are friendly, professional and my Friend really enjoys their visits. Life Care Plus has made a huge difference to my Friend's quality of life and helps the family to get on with morning and sorting out our kids.

After contacting many local agencies, we decided to opt for Life Care Plus Ltd. Although a new company, they seemed to be knowledgeable in the treatment and care of the elderly. The main carer was introduced upfront so we could question her experience and rate her suitability. We found her to be both experienced and kind natured. The care she has given has been of enormous benefit. She is also prompt and courteous at all times. Support carers are yet to be rated.
