Alina Homecare Banbury

We have been using Alina Homecare Banbury for my brother who has a learning disability. He is taken out twice a month. The carer has built a relationship with our family, she is very kind and understanding to my brother. She always listens to what he wants to do and takes him to where he wants to go. We trust her wholeheartedly with my brother. Thank you.

Care providers are outstanding. They are very polite to my family and very polite to my mum. The care they give to my mum is fantastic, they talk to her, they make her laugh, they reassure her when she feels scared. They have become part of the family and we trust them 100%.

My mother needed care for only a short period of time each day. The care manager came to the house and spoke to my mother and sister. She quickly was able to produce a care plan to satisfy my mother's needs. The carers are excellent, when the caring requirement changed the care manager attended quickly and gave us a number of options.

The carers are all extremely friendly and treat Mum as a person, interacting with her and looking after her really well. They communicate with me to keep me appraised of any problems. Despite being resistant to the need for carers, initially, Mum now really appreciates them and freely admits she could not cope without them.

I needed help from Alina when I became ill after neglect from my GP practice. I was unable to bend to anything below waist level or to stand and cook for myself. Alina came in and helped me with personal care and also prepared tempting light meals for me. I shall always remember their professionalism and cheerfulness.

The care Alina has provided for my mother has been absolutely faultless in every respect. The management are professional and caring and the carer wonderful. My mother, 96, really bonded with her and was very sad when she departed. I hope the same relationship develops with her replacement. I cannot recommend Alina Homecare highly enough. Many thanks to them for looking after my frail old mother.

If other calls are put on to our rounds it would be nice if they thought of clients and their timing - not fair to be half an hour to 45 minutes late. Using their mobile phones should be stopped. Talking about other clients in houses should stop.

We've dealt with Alina Homecare Banbury for the last year or so. They are lovely people to deal with. Very friendly and professional and happy to go the extra mile when required. It's always reassuring to know they are helping the way they do.

Extremely professional carers, always on time, not rushed. Stick to their allocated slot time, very patient, and deal with my mother with patience and dignity. Very pleased with services.

I so look forward to my half-hour visits from "my girls". I don't really need a lot of personal care at the moment - but in the future, I might, and I will not be afraid to ask. They will always go the extra mile, and at 86, this is so appreciated. It is a shame we cannot use names, but the outstanding ones will know who they are - thank you, Alina, for outstanding care.

All the care I receive is of good quality. All the carers I've met have been courteous, friendly, polite, kind, understanding and cater to all my needs. Some even go above and beyond their duties. I am very lucky to have such well-trained carers looking after me. Thank you.

My sister has just started a care package with Alina, and they have been so helpful in getting it started with ease. The carers are very nice that come in to see my sister, and I'm really happy she is now settled. Takes a weight off my mind as I live so far away.

I have found the agency very responsive and set up my nan's care package very quickly. They also give good advice on how I get equipment in place and who can help me. My nan enjoys the staff visiting and helping her with her meals.

Since Alina Homecare has started to provide care for my mother she seems happier and looks forward to them coming. My father know that he can do things for himself whilst the carers are with my mum. Carers are always smiling and I can hear them laughing in the bathroom.
