My sister and I have been very impressed with the caring service offered by Alcester Home Care. The field care supervisor and her team have gone to a lot of trouble to accommodate our needs for care for our father and his partner at short notice and we are very grateful.

Alcester Home Care's excellent care and attention to detail has allowed my mother to continue living in her own home for about 7 years longer than otherwise possible. She is now age 102 and has decided to move into a care home, but the compassion and love shown by all the carers over the years will not be forgotten. They are truly fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

everyone is friendly and always go out of there way to help you,they go above and beyond there duties as cares and managers.

I have known them since December 2023 when they first cared for my father for a few weeks before his death. Since then, they have offered twice-daily visits to my mother, who has mobility needs and is in frail health.
My mother is very happy with the care received and finds all the staff very friendly and caring.
I know that the agency will contact me regarding any concerns they pick up on. If I need to contact the office, I am confident of being listened to and that any follow-up action needed will be carried through.

They have been a great help, helping me look after my 92-year-old mom, professional, nothing is too much trouble. The staff that attended to Mom are excellent, always inform me of any changes to Mom's needs. Visits are usually at the times required. Constantly informed of any rota changes. The whole transition into a care package went very smoothly.
It was a big life change for my sister who had previously been independent and mobile.
