Extremely competent caring and flexible staff. Provided much-valued care and support not only to my father but also to me. Sadly only used their services for a short time before my father died, but in that time he was given exceptional care by all. Highly recommended.

Trusting someone to look after your loved one is difficult, but the management and staff at Alcester Home Care Agency made the decision a whole lot easier. From first contact, they were professional and accommodating. We received an initial visit quickly after I made an enquiry, and the management and
staff we attentive, listened to both our concerns and requirements and we felt reassured they could provide the care Mum needed. Mum has bonded well with the ladies who visit and she has gone from being slightly scared and apprehensive to truly looking forward to their visit. We quickly increased the once a week visit to four days a week. If I have any concerns or specific things I would like any of the girls to do, I find they are all very accommodating with any slight issues being quickly and efficiently resolved. The care has made a massive difference to my Mum and her confidence and given me such peace of mind. Their support and care is truly important to us. Keep up the good work and thank you.

The carer who works with our severe SEN son is excellent. She took time to get to know him and his needs and has developed an exceptional relationship with him. She has become like an extended member of the family. The agency are easy to deal with and there is always someone able to help with any questions
or short notice requests. I can’t recommend them, or our superstar carer, highly enough.

Care services are well run and efficient with very friendly staff. They are very flexible on numbers of visits and times and respond quickly to requests for ad-hoc extra services. I’ve been very impressed with this service and I know Mom is at ease with the carers that come to see her.
