I have found office staff to be friendly, approachable and helpful. The personal assistants are amazing and engaging well, even going above and beyond to help and are always respectful. Amazing service, well done.

Fantastic service from the staff, I feel so lucky to have been given this service for my son who gets excited to see the lady as he knows she's doing something fun. They listen, they're caring and so caring toward my son and even welcome my family with a good morning and smile.

I have received amazing care and support for my boys. The carers are always very patient, caring and understanding. They always go the extra mile to ensure my boys are happy. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for quality care and support.

Overall, good. Lacking in communication on visits from the office, as we rely on updates from carers when visits are due most of the time. The carers we have are excellent, cannot fault them. The carers are very helpful and are great with our grandson, who looks forward to trips to the cinema, parks and bowling.

His carer is always there to listen and there is nothing that’s too much trouble. Overall, I would 100% recommend them.

Excellent service. The admin in the office are great. Always keeping me informed and very responsive to emails and queries. The care side is also great. Very good carers, they are great with my son. Always keeping him entertained, they take him wherever he wants. The staff are very engaging with him, he is always laughing. Excellent service all-round.

My 8-year-old ASD ADHD son has struggled outside the home and in a short space of time his carers have helped him be excited about going out. They listen and help him where they can play with him and make sure he is safe. I couldn’t ask for anything more, they really are making a difference to the whole family with the support they are giving.

Excellent carer, love trying food from another country. We have no problem with this. Very enjoyable. What more can I say? She is very caring and attentive. Does her job well. We have no complaints.

We are extremely satisfied with the service that our son receives. The team are very professional, reliable and very good at communicating with me. My son absolutely loves being with his carer, he is treated remarkably well and his needs are completely catered for and understood. The office really treats their staff well and is great with their clients.

This review really covers a longer period than October but there was no option for this. We have had a settled service from one particular support worker with just one or two others covering if he happens to be on leave. Our support worker is the right age to be a peer for our son and this is very much how it appears when they are out and about together in the community. He treats him as a friend whilst delivering care with compassion and respecting his dignity. He has a wonderful manner with him and understands how important it is to encourage healthy choices rather than just letting our son have his own way even when it is not in his best interest. He has very much become a part of our team and we have come to trust and rely on him. He is outstanding - caring, compassionate, empathetic, honest, reliable and understanding of our son's needs and those of us as his family. We have found the company listen to us and have built a partnership with them.

We would like to thank Rosemont Care for all your help and professional approach in looking after my mum during a difficult time for my mum with her ill health. They took a lot of pressure off the family during a two-month period! Many thanks to all of the Rosemont team!

I particularly want to highlight how excellent the care manager is. Always quick to respond and willing to find solutions to issues that may arise. I feel that my son is safe while out with his PA. On the whole, has been a very positive experience.

Home care has been satisfactory and carers are helpful. Have had a few problems with carers being late mainly at weekends.

Carers are very pleasant and always act in a professionl manner. My wife is always pleased to see them. Management and admin staff are pleasant and responsive. I need to know when timings are changed.

Rosemont Care have been caring for and assisting my mum for a year now and is still ongoing and I can't fault their services at all. My family and I really wouldn’t have been able to cope without them especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mum has stage 6 Alzheimer’s so she can be really difficult sometimes but the carers are so good with her with their friendly and patient manner. They assist with all of her personal care and hygiene plus ensuring Mum receives her medication during their twice-daily visits. Such a lovely bunch of carers and although Mum struggles to remember her closest family she somehow lights up when two particular carers visit. The office staff have always been very helpful and supportive and manage the care service extremely well. We are so grateful and very pleased with the service provided by Rosemont.
