The care I have received since becoming dependent on Rosemont has been very good. The carers are friendly and so helpful. They are always on time and complete the usual and any extra things with competence and a smiling face, so long as it fits within usual time constraints. There is also very good support from the office.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the carers have shown true professionalism with their adaptation of practice and use of PPE.

Very pleased with the care from Rosemont. Always come on time and always there to help.

Rosemont Care has been assisting my Mum since her discharge from hospital in April. Help was provided via Medway Council for 6 weeks and now Mum is a paying client. They have supported her not just with the physical support required but the mental support of encouraging her with her early steps towards a greater level of independence. Rosemont have attempted to meet her requests for particularly favoured carers and for preferred meal and bedtimes. I have seen Mum's confidence grow over the weeks she has been at home and this is certainly in no small part due to the care and support from the Rosemont team.

Day carers - mostly very good, a couple weren't in the way they spoke to the client. They were talking down to him. The night nurse was extremely helpful, very kind, we would like to thank you and her. She even helped clean up, we were most impressed.

The care and dignity Rosemont carers showed my Mum during the last months of her life was excellent and the support they gave me and my family. We are very grateful.

We have found Rosemont Care to be responsive, supportive and caring towards our dad in their visits to the home. It is reassuring to know that Dad receives his medication, fluids and support each day. The office staff are great at administrative support and the carers friendly and most helpful. Rosemont Care have been fantastic with my dad, they are very professional, reliable, caring. Also, great support for my mum whom is the main carer at the age of 82, so if my brother or myself are unable to stay and chat because of work, Rosemont Care are great listeners.

My husband has had regular care from Rosemont since 2016 following a major stroke. They have been wonderful carers and have made our lives so much easier. I feel confident of their care and know they will always be good-humoured and helpful. They have liaised with the Stroke Rehab team when my husband recovered a skill (eg learning to go upstairs to take a shower) and always assist and encourage my husband's independence. No hesitation in recommending them!

The service provided is very good value for money. The low rate of pay given to careworkers could be boosted by charging more for this service. Sometimes it appears to be a thankless task with so much to do in a short space of time. It is carried out with so much dignity and respect to the client.

No complaints at all. The complaint that I did have had been dealt with very quickly. Very pleased with all my carers now, also my night sitter.

We are so pleased with the care given - we cannot thank the staff enough. The patience, kindness,m understanding, care and attention is evident at every visit. My Dad's dignity and quality of life is enhanced by the amazing individuals.

Management and staff acted in a very professional manner when any problems occurred. We were very pleased with the service provided.

Rosemont Care Medway have been carers for my mum aged 94 from December 2018 and care is ongoing. They are kind, efficient, professional, punctual, reasonably priced, trustworthy. Their duties have included personal care and comfort and a bit of friendly company. Mum looks forward to their visits and a decent cup of tea as she doesn't think much of my tea making skills. Mum is treated with patience and sympathy as she has multiple complex and serious health problems. Recently mum has become totally bed bound due to a fall and the carers have coped with the extreme difficulties this has presented, using hoist and difficulties with toileting and changing her catheter. They have been alert for the need for medical attention when mum's symptoms have worsened. On occasions, mum is confused at times and the carers are far more patient than me and love their visits. The office staff are efficient as well.

Very happy with the service provided. My partner is treated with dignity and respect by the carer. Office staff are also polite and quick to respond to changes due to hospital appointments etc.

I have asked for a rota to be sent regularly which was agreed but only happens if I phone or text as I need to know the time the carer is coming in the mornings to do a few things for my husband before they come to help.

Really happy with mums care, good relationship with carers and office, 2 lovely ladies come to visit mum regularly always bubbly and chatty with mum. Makes mum feel at ease. Management comes to visit mum sometimes which is nice.
