We are pleased with the care and support provided by this service. The staff are caring, respectful, professional and genuinely committed to the wellbeing of my daughter they support.

Communication has been improved and the support workers show patience, kindness and understanding. I particularly appreciate the way they treat individuals with dignity and take their needs and preferences into consideration. Daily activities are planned ahead before the day to ensure smooth operational day

My teenage son has been cared for by carers for the last year on a 2-1 basis by Rosemont Care. The care that is provided to my son is of the highest standard. We have a small group of committed carers all of whom have taken the time to learn about his complex medical care and communication needs ( child non-verbal). Care is child centred and carers get fully involved including in his education package so supporting tutor. speech therapist, Occupational therapist and music therapist. Office staff are quick to respond to changes in medication / care. We have had a tough 3 years with my son but I feel that the support we receive as a family is exceptional from this agency.

My daughter continues to receive a high standard of care from a dedicated group of carers. The care is generally seamless & patient centered. Many of the carers having become a valued part of Poppy's care team and life. The carers are professional and provide dignified care. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional care that Virdi provides for my Dad on a daily basis. She shows genuine kindness and care towards my Dad who lives with Dementia. It is obvious she takes pride in completing the numerous tasks on each visit and we really appreciate that she is always on time. She leaves messages for me everyday without fail about what she has done and how my Dad has been, which is so helpful. She has alerted us to problems with the hot water, heating and my Dad's health and wellbeing. We are deeply grateful for her attention to detail and dedication.

I am pleased with Rosemont Care as they treat Brian with dignity and respect. They are also nice ladies and I enjoy having a chat with them when they come in.They all wear the uniform so I recognise them as Rosemo t Carers.

I am very happy with the ladies that care for my mum, they are very friendly and have become her friends, they have great conversation and she is comfortable with them. If they are running late they make sure that give her a call to inform her that they will be late.

When I have my regular carers i get excellent service, but when the manager decided to send others the service is terrible. I have spoken to the manager on meny occasions but felt and later on found out he was lying to me. I now have nothing todo with him unless he answers the phone and no-one else is available.

The Rosemont team has been helpful, friendly and welcoming to me and my son. He loves the lady who works with him and always looks forward to seeing her. Although I've not personally met her I have had very good feedback from other people who work with my son and I am very pleased with the service we've received.

My son is always eager to go out with his PA. He enjoys exploring the community with his PA and they already have a bond. My son has enjoyed his holiday with going out with his PA. Overall it has been a positive experience for him.

The carer who looks after my brother is really good and does an excellent job of looking after my half brother. He is punctual and goes above and beyond at his job.

Very good staff and very polite , very good with my daugther , they take her out and she really enjoy it , plus they take her on public transport for her to get use to it , I am very pleased with them .

From the start of the package, every request we made has been fully met. The specific days we asked for our son to be taken out were accommodated, and the staff selected have been perfectly suited to meet his needs. There has been excellent consistency in the carers provided, and each one has taken the time to truly understand our son. I feel completely at ease knowing he is in their care. This is a brilliant agency-honestly, I couldn't fault a single carer. They've all been outstanding.

Very well-organised team, lovely carer who is very flexible about supporting my son in whatever activities he chooses. Having had a very bad experience with another care company, the team here were happy to share information and training certificates to quell my anxieties.

All staff I have interacted with have one thing in common, making sure my parent is safe and happy with the companion they have put forward. They are kind and courteous at all times. Any unforeseen issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently and I am kept apprised at all times.
