The Rosemont team has been helpful, friendly and welcoming to me and my son. He loves the lady who works with him and always looks forward to seeing her. Although I've not personally met her I have had very good feedback from other people who work with my son and I am very pleased with the service

I have had much experience in my professional life with care agencies. I have never come across a care agency so professional and exhibiting such high standards of care. The care agency Supervisor attended the Children's Hospital to learn about what care my daughter would need. The care agency supervisor
and her team then attended our home to care for my daughter on discharge.
My daughters needs were met to the highest standard by all carers. Training standards are high. Communication has been excellent. Carers have been kind, caring and punctual despite having to travel a long way.
The team as a whole show the utmost dedication to their clients.
I was quite simply blown away by the standard and level of care received and could not have expected it to be so good. As a result she has made a good recovery from her operation.
Very impressed and thankful to all carers involved.
The manager is also excellent. Very responsive and went out of her way to help. Nothing was too much.

From the start of the package, every request we made has been fully met. The specific days we asked for our son to be taken out were accommodated, and the staff selected have been perfectly suited to meet his needs. There has been excellent consistency in the carers provided, and each one has taken
the time to truly understand our son. I feel completely at ease knowing he is in their care. This is a brilliant agency-honestly, I couldn't fault a single carer. They've all been outstanding.

We recently moved out of the Direct Payments system to Rosemont Care for my son who required support and care for the approved hours. I must say, the experience that we've had so far is simply amazing. The Business Development Manager assessed the requirements both carefully and thoughtfully in close
coordination with parents and also paying a keen observation to the child who needed the care. The staff who come around to provide the care are extremely professional, kind, polite and skilful. Staff from Rosemont Care are very adaptable and flexible with timings as well as understanding ever-changing needs.
I could see that the staff under the manager are shining very well. She knows and anticipates the needs of a caring person and ensures the services are delivered above expectations. I strongly recommend Rosemont Care for anyone who's looking for a care provider! I sincerely appreciate everyone's passionate effort at Rosemont Care.

I am extremely happy with the support I receive. My support workers are kind and polite and extremely helpful and if ever I need to converse with office staff they are also polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rosemont Care to others in the future.
