Gail and her team provided exceptional support during my mother's end-of-life cancer care. She was compassionate, flexible, and dynamic in responding to changing situations. The small team of staff that work with her were excellent. It would be difficult to see how we would have coped without her help. Highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble for them. Ask for or demand True Care if you need carer assistance of any kind. I recommend them highly.

The manager and her team supported my Dad, my brother and myself as we cared for him for 10 weeks or so until his death from cancer in November 2021. They were always compassionate, went the extra mile, were flexible and contactable. They advised re-district nurses/palliative care services and helped us coordinate things - and Dad had what could be considered a dignified end-of-life care plan and relatively pain-free death.

The team came to care for my father during his end of life cancer care. They were professional, courteous, compassionate, and caring. They really helped support my father (with dignity) and us as a family, I cant speak of them highly enough. I would definitely recommend them to others in need.

The True Care team were friendly, reliable, compassionate, gentle and caring. Having familiar faces coming into my mum’s home made such a difference. This was only possible because the business is privately owned and is made up of a small team of competent carers. We were impressed that the owner of the business is fully immersed in the running of the business and is dedicated to providing quality care for her clients. We felt we could trust the True care team to enable my mum to be as comfortable as possible during her struggle with cancer.
