I just wanted to say on behalf of all my family, how well my late husband was looked after in his final weeks under palliative care. We found Gail, and all the staff very friendly and compassionate, they understood his humour and personality at a difficult time for us all and made his end of life...
I just wanted to say on behalf of all my family, how well my late husband was looked after in his final weeks under palliative care. We found Gail, and all the staff very friendly and compassionate, they understood his humour and personality at a difficult time for us all and made his end of life more bearable. Terry in particular went over and above what was expected. We would highly recommend True Care to anyone, as their care was spot on!

Gail went above and beyond with my Mum on Palliative care In her home.
If you want 100% True Care I highly recommend Gail and her amazing team.
Nothing was any trouble when meeting my Mum's needs and if I needed anything extra I only had to ask and Gail was there.

Not only did they provide an excellent service in their duties they are compassionate in always having the time to have a chat and laugh with Mum which was amazing.

True Care lived up to its name, providing the best assistance for the last twelve months. They helped me greatly in recovering from a series of afflictions that were considered to be fatal, to bringing me back to a normal life. My wife and I cannot thank them enough. Over time, the manager and her staff became very much like family members.
How very fortunate I was to have them sent to look after my needs, as well as helping my distraught and overworked wife with her chores.

Nothing was too much trouble for them. Ask for or demand True Care if you need carer assistance of any kind. I recommend them highly.

The manager and her team supported my Dad, my brother and myself as we cared for him for 10 weeks or so until his death from cancer in November 2021. They were always compassionate, went the extra mile, were flexible and contactable. They advised re-district nurses/palliative care services and helped us coordinate things - and Dad had what could be considered a dignified end-of-life care plan and relatively pain-free death.

The team came to care for my father during his end of life cancer care. They were professional, courteous, compassionate, and caring. They really helped support my father (with dignity) and us as a family, I cant speak of them highly enough. I would definitely recommend them to others in need.

The True Care team were friendly, reliable, compassionate, gentle and caring. Having familiar faces coming into my mum’s home made such a difference. This was only possible because the business is privately owned and is made up of a small team of competent carers. We were impressed that the owner of the business is fully immersed in the running of the business and is dedicated to providing quality care for her clients. We felt we could trust the True care team to enable my mum to be as comfortable as possible during her struggle with cancer.
