I am the brother of a person receiving personal care from Yourcare24 . The team is led by Tahera and I have been very pleased overall with the care that my brother has received. Tahera has kept in touch regularly via email and the occasional phone call where necessary.
My brother can be quite obstinate in some of his habits and daily routines and I know this has been a difficulty for the care team on occasion.

We have been using YOURCARE24 for a few years now and apart from a few initial teething problems ( which they resolve without issue) i have found them to be the perfect care provider for my mothers needs, the care workers are always properly attired and well mannered during their visits , the tasks are carried out to a high standard with a friendly approach. YOURCARE24 try their best to ensure that the same carer calls when ever possible to enable a relationship to build with them and mum, this works and means mum is less stressed with having to deals with new faces on a daily bases. The head office is run by an efficient team with communication being their main focus, any issues and i get a call from them to inform me , moreover if i call them at anytime , even over the weekend and after hours somebody picks up the phone, it a relief for me to be able to do this.
YOURCARE24 is an excellent care provider , a cut above the rest . *****FIVE STARS *****

We are always completely happy and grateful for all the careers and the team that go in and see my dad and even check mum is ok They see to all his needs and every single one mum and dad love. Any concerns they contact me or a doctor straight away. Tahera checks in with me all the time and goes above and beyond to help out with any problems we all have. Wouldn't have coped these last few years without them all.

I have been in receipt of care following time in hospital the carers are extremely helpful, they make me feel at ease and show great empathy towards me. In particular my regular carer Chipo is absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble she always has a lovely smile on her face, she is kind punctual respectful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and my needs are met, she really is a beautiful lady. My other carers are also fantastic Memory makes the best hot chocolate and is so kind, Gemma always makes me laugh and cheers me up and Ashley is very sweet. All of them and others I have had care for me sporadically are super stars they work so hard and are a lovely bunch of ladies 10/10. Thank you so very much you are making my road to recovery run smooth and I am extremely grateful to you all for your care and compassion you show me on a daily basis.

We have always found the carers to be very professional, cheerful and very caring. Over the time they have been attending to my mother they have become more like family and listen to any concerns I might have. I can also rely on them to go over and above their job spec if I need some help with anything extra to my mother's usual care.

This makes mum so happy and reminds her of the time when she used to play If there are any concerns I know I can call the office and speak to the manager, who will listen to me without judgement I was once told that they care for my wellbeing as well as my mums which made safe and happy that I'd chosen this company
