Some carers have this rare natural ability, she has this natural way with her, and could get my wife to do things I could not. The empathy with my wife was almost immediate and she listened to my input describing my wife's likes and dislikes, handling etc. We worked well as a team. I will have no hesitation in employing them for my wife's care again, in the future.
