We count ourselves very lucky to have found these carers. They are very competent and their timekeeping is extremely reliable. Their record keeping is immaculate and they have proved themselves ready to go that little extra, particularly during the cold spell when the heating stopped due to a frozen
pipe. As I cannot be on the premises all the time, I feel a great weight has been taken from me to know that I can have complete trust in the carers when I am not there. As well as the caring aspect, they are doing a great job in trying to rehabilitate my friend back to his normal, independent self. Thank you.

We have found Prestbury Care extremely professional from the onset. Two carers, in particular, are efficient, methodical and sensitive to their client's needs. Everything is meticulously recorded on each visit. Nothing is too much trouble, whilst ensuring the client's wishes and dignity are always considered.
Being a family run business, it is abundantly clear that they ‘want to get it absolutely right’ and have welcomed suggestions of how they could improve their services. Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be a fantastic success!
