I am very happy with the service received for my mother. The care team that supported her was absolutely brilliant. They were honest, friendly and very caring giving my mum the best care needs they could. Without them, my mum would not have made the recovery that she did.

Bluewater care helped us look after our adult son who has autism and learning difficulties. The carers were kind and considerate and provided help at very short notice, which we were very grateful for.

Bluewater Care Agency has an amazing professional outlook. The individual care providers have been so accommodating and have given exceptional service to my mother. They continue to make her as comfortable as possible in the time allocated.

The standard of care given to my brother goes above and beyond what is expected and indeed delivered by many 'care' companies. The manager is caring, compassionate and his staff follow his lead, the ladies care for my brother making good nutritious meals for him and delivering a service whereby they
really do care and advise him on various things. If he is not in when they visit or there is no reply the manager and his team monitor the situation and are soon in touch with a member of the family enquiring and informing of us of any problems. The service that Bluewater deliver gives me peace of mind knowing that my brother has extra eyes on his well-being especially in these difficult Covid times. The Company is well organised they have been and indeed continue to be a real support to not just to my brother but the whole family.

Generally, the care has been very good and Bluewater Care have supported our family through a very difficult time. It is good to know our mum is being cared for well in the comfort and safety of her own home.

We have been really happy with the care provider and the manager personally came to visit my mum at the beginning of January. The carer who visits daily is absolutely fantastic and it has been no trouble during lockdown to have her look after my mum's personal and medical needs. She keeps me updated
via text messages when I am at work which stops the worry. Thank you to our carer and Bluewater Care.

Bluewater Care have been excellent in providing home care services to my father. The care package was carefully put together with an emphasis on respect and dignity for my dad. Care was arranged within a few days and the carer allocated to my father was punctual, well trained, very caring, dedicated
and mindful always of my dad's specific needs. When the situation demanded it, the carer was flexible about times of attendance and always went the extra mile to ensure my dad was comfortable and content. We would recommend Bluewater Care unreservedly.

We struggled to find a care company for my partner and found Bluewater Care. They've been excellent, great carers and the manager is always in touch to see how things are going, which is great. Me and my partner are very happy with the company and would highly recommend.

All carers are very helpful and friendly, providing responsive and flexible support when we need it. When the regular carer went on holiday she introduced her colleague to Mum the week before so she knew what to do and Mum appreciated meeting her before.

My mum and I were really happy with the care and the carer that Mum received. Mum was always treated with care and respect in a very dignified manner and having the same care lady each day helped Mum build up a lovely relationship with her and at the same time, provided consistency with the care. Thank
you so much, we were very lucky to have such a lovely, efficient care lady and my mum is missing her greatly. We have yet to find a similar standard and it is very difficult. Well done Blue Water! Thanks again.

Used this care company for my 92-year-old father while his private care person was on holiday.
They did an extremely good job, especially when my dad was having a bad turn one day when the care worker turned up.

After having had no carer for a few months, my social worker suggested Bluewater, I have found them extremely helpful with my child. They have a lot of patience for him, as, at times, he can be very overactive. They know how to calm him, the ladies we have are lovely, bubbly and will always have time
for a chat once my child has been put to bed or got ready on a morning.
I would rate them top marks. When there is a problem, it has been dealt with quickly, (not that there are many issues).
I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything they do for us.

My mum received 2 visits daily from Bluewater care and the girls that came were always extremely pleasant helpful and polite, They supported her and helped to maintain her dignity at a very difficult time of life, when times were difficult they stayed with her until family support could arrive and they
kept her comfortable calm and safe. she felt genuinely cared for and they made a big difference with her end of life support. Thank you

When dads dementia got too difficult for us to manage alone we were recommended Bluewater Care and we were not disappointed.
Dad was allocated a lovely man as his caregiver and from the outset, the pair really did appear to have an excellent rapport.
We felt that a male could provide the best support
in our father's case, and dad did seem to cooperate better with him than he did with women.
Unfortunately, our father deteriorated fairly rapidly and has now gone into full-time residential care but we are eternally grateful to Bluewater for their care, compassion and professionalism during that period of our dad's illness.

From day one when I was discharged from hospital the service has been excellent. The carers were punctual, extremely helpful and caring and if I needed further support in the future I will call on Bluewater Care again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Bluewater Care Ltd. The Manager came in person to complete the initial assessment and introduced himself and the carer to my mum.
Since the care package has been in place I have been contacted by the team making sure that Mum is comfortable and her needs
are being met. On occasions when Mum has refused to take medication, I have been informed directly by the team so that the family can administer it. Both myself and Mum are happy with the carers who do a good job and have built a good working relationship with my mum which is crucial.
