Very happy with the service provided and feedback given on visits. Also appreciated being able to contact the home and receive feedback, with experience from a previous care provider, who never answered calls or messages.

Bluewater Care has now been providing a caring, prompt and reliable service to my Father, nothing is too much trouble, they are flexible and can accommodate my Fathers changing needs, at short notice, when required.


My Father has now had the same carer each week and this suits him perfectly. The

carer does a great job and will do what my father asks of her.


The carers are helpful, efficient and we rely on their visits.

This care company is brilliant. It took only a couple of days to sort out the correct care package for my mum. They are in constant contact with me and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are polite, kind and caring people who want the best for their clients. Both me and my mum are very happy
with them.
