Carers are respectful to mom and take the time to understand her and listen to her needs and wishes. Carers do make an effort to stay upbeat and positive. I recognise the complexities and challenges that carers face, given my mom requires a high level of care. I commend them for what they do. They also take the time to understand her culture, beliefs, religion and offer good person centred care.
Thank you I am appreciate your review and glad to hear carers take the time to understand the culture, beliefs, and the care is person centred. We will share your feedback and I am so pleased you are happy with the care provided to your mom. Thank you again.
My mum is very happy with the service provided by Caring Care. The carers that attend are respectful professional and kind and mum enjoys their company too. Any issues we have had in the past have been dealt with promptly by office staff and managers.
Thank you so much for the lovely review, I am glad to see your happy with the care provided to your mom. We will continue to work hard to deliver the best care we can.
I have found mum's carers compassionate, friendly and understanding. If there are any issues regarding my mum, they are always quick to share it. In addition, when requested to do something relating to my mum's care, they are always willing to carry out the request.
Thank you for the lovely review, really appreciate your kind words. I am glad to see you are happy with the care provided and we will continue to work hard to deliver the best care we can for your mom.
On the whole the carers have provided excellent care to my husband, who has a number of medical conditions. My only complaints over the 9 months or so that they have been attending my husband have been due to the frequent rescheduling of our morning visit, which has impacted the rest of our day. This rescheduling has never been done with consultation with me and I've had to phone the office countless times to find out what is going on. I really like the fact that we now have fairly regular carers as this allows them to build a good relationship with my husband.
Thank you for the lovely review and I am so glad your happy with the care. We will call you to deal with the feedback in relation to the morning call. Many thanks for your feedback.
The carers who attended the home were very good with my mum, they supported her and made sure she was happy safe and secure, they made sure she had everything she needed. The carers have become part of the family and we can't thank them enough for how they made sure my mum was cared for. The receptionists when calling could do with a bit of an improvement, and paperwork and admin could have been dealt with a more efficiently but over all very happy with the care that has been provided.
Thank you for your review, we are glad to hear of how happy you are with the service. We will share your feedback with the team and always try to improve. Kind Regards
My use of caring care began in September 2024 and I have seen about 20 different carers in this time, all of which have been friendly, efficient and helpful. None have ever refused any of my requests.
Thank you for your lovely review it means so much to the team.
I have been using this provider for nearly 4 years. Staff are caring and professional. My mother is looked after carefully by all the 6 carers that come to her. The carer requested by me are the regulars I want to have continuity of care. Me and my mum have a bond with these carers. Office staff are co-operative and always wanting to go the extra mile.
Thank you for your lovely words, we will share your feedback with the teams. Thanks again.
My main carer is superb and looks after all my needs. She also keeps on top of my physical health making sure when I need to use my 'telecare assistance needed; button that I do call for help and keeps a check on assistance being used as necessary. I am currently on the virtual ward all because of my main carers insistence that I call for help. I am being treated for a chest infection and bronchial pneumonia.
Thank you for your lovely feedback I am so pleased to see you are happy with the care we provide and the virtual assistance support. We will share your feedback with the team. Kindest Regards
My only gripe is to do with people who do the planing of carers visits. Myself I have a few problems where the carer tells me they are visiting me on next day then its someone else. I need stability in my life as seizures have affected my brain and structure needs to be constant so chopping and changing carers is not helping before I had one main carer apart from his day off I understand the pressure on carers but people who do planing not so much the client gets to understand a carer and have a problem with them.
Thank you for your review, I am glad to see you are happy with the service. In relation to your calls I will ask Wolverhampton to contact you and ensure we deal with any feedback/changes you require. Thank you for your feedback.

Have a very good rapport with him.
Nothing is too much for most of the careers
They ask him about his life, whilst doing things with him.

My mother has mobility and health issues which require daily assistance, help and support with everyday tasks from personal hygiene, preparing and serving food and drinks, and assisting in putting on and removing lymphedema stockings. The staff that attend are well presented, very polite and friendly.
Thank you for your lovely review; we will share it with the team. I am glad that your mom has good carers, and we will work hard to continue to support her to have the best care possible. Thanks again.
Being cared for by Caring Care is like being part of a family. Everyone brings something to my day. The carers are skilled not only in the time with my personal hygiene but also in my well-being. They are without exception a wonderful team. My needs change and they engage with me. They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need for the day. Their skills in personal care are excellent. Even if I have an accident I feel really upset, they take it in their stride and never make a fuss, my comfort is all they care about. If I have early appointments they make sure I am ready to get there, I have struggled to find the words I want to say but some know what it is about Caring Care that is so special. They give me 'self-worth' caring care and more - that's what you get - Thank you.

My carer is doing a brilliant job caring for me. He is always kind and considerate and goes above and beyond with everything he does. He is always happy to chat about everything. He is conscientious, and sensitive, especially with my 'nuisances' (arthritis).
