Home Instead could not have been more helpful, friendly and reliable. I would highly reccomend them. They were always kind, caring and considerate towards my mother. It was a great piece of mind having Home Instead looking after mother as she doesn't have any family near her to help, so they were our eyes and ears as well.
Thank you so much for your review. Our team will be very happy to hear that their efforts were appreciated and helped you gain a peace of mind also. Best wishes.
We are pleased with the care package that has been put in place by us and the care provider. I am able to contact them easily and discuss any issues or changes that need to be made with regards to my step father and they are quick to respond when I need to talk things through. I like the notes that are kept that I can access at anytime.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the care package in place and the responsiveness of the care provider. It is reassuring to know that communication has been effective and that any concerns or changes can be discussed promptly. We are also glad...
We felt most fortunate in our choice of care agency as we had a stable team of carers all of whom we liked, who liked us and together we all wanted to do the best we could for my husband. The carers took endless trouble to see that he was comfortable, clean and gave him really good company with their chat and gentle teasing. They were mindful of my needs and I am endlessly grateful to them all .
Above all that, the carers encouraged my husband to get out of bed, to walk and to sit with me in the sitting room as he gradually regained strength. This level of activity didn't last for many weeks but he did so enjoy it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and moving review. We are deeply sorry for your loss, and we truly appreciate you allowing us to be part of your husbands journey during such a difficult time.
Its heartening to hear that the care team brought comfort,...
Excellent service all round. There is nothing to be added as in my opinion the whole service could not be improved in any way. There is nothing to be added as in my opinion the whole service could not be improved in any way.
If theres ever anything you need in the future, were always here and happy to help. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback!
The team are always easy to contact, and very accommodating if I have any new requests or any concerns about Mum that I need them to be vigilant for.
The app which I'm able to access always provides me with up to date info on visits and enables me to check whether there are any potential concerns from the Team about Mum, which I am then able to monitor or raise queries if necessary.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful feedback. We are truly delighted to hear that our team's visits bring comfort and companionship to your mum. It means a great deal to us that she feels cared for, not just supported, and we're glad our Care Professionals feel more like friends when they...
We required a very quickly implemented live in carer for my mother following a fall, which was efficiently organised and managed by Home Instead. The carer was professional, empathetic and considerate. The two weeks period worked well, we were able to stabilise the situation and my mother was able to regain her independence.
Thank you for your kind review. We're pleased to have provided quick, responsive service for your loved one. Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can assist you in the future.
The carers will regularly keep me up to date and their App, which allows me to check how visits have been, is excellent and very easy to use.
Management are very responsive and helpful to any queries I have.
I would definitely recommend Home Instead.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. I know our care staff very much enjoy planning activities and sharing special and engaging moments with your client. We hope to enable her to live as independently as possible at home for as long as she would like.
Home Instead carers came 3 days a week to make lunch for my mother, also emptied the dishwasher, took out rubbish, and cleared up. They made great meals and were all really friendly, caring, positive ladies.
Thank you for your lovely review. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed seeing and supporting your mother. Please let us know if we can be of service in the future.
Home Instead have been absolutely amazing, I contacted them as my Dad has Dementia. My Father and Step Mum needed help a few hours a week. The Registered Manager at Home Instead was compassionate, caring and understood the situation. It's been very difficult for my father to accept that he needed help but she reassured him also did regular checkups. I really can't thank them enough.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very happy that we could be of service. It makes us so happy to see the positive impact we have had.
We would recommend Home Instead for care of loved ones in their own home. We weren't your average household yet our needs were recognised and met from the start and the carers who became a part of our household were always on time and nothing was too much trouble. Setting everything up was very easy and additional requests or changes that we made were all accommodated. We'd like to thank the whole team for all they did for us.
We are so glad that you and your family were able to see the benefits of our person centred approach to care. It was an honour to be involved in the care for your family and our care team feel privileged to have been involved and we look forward to helping in the future if the need arises.
We met the care manager at my mum's and from the start she and the support workers have provided great help to my mum, taking her out socially and to appointments and the company has helped my mum after my dad passed away and also dealing with the covid pandemic aftermath.
Thank you for this lovely feedback. It's lovely to hear how our support can be of such benefit to your mother.
Mum is given the consistency of carers which enables both parties to build positive relationships, the carers get to know how mum likes things done and they know where everything is. Communication between the family and carers is positive and during a recent stay in a care home for mum her carers popped in to visit her most days which she welcomed and provided her with some familiar faces in an unfamiliar environment
Thank you so much for your feedback and we're so glad our care professionals can offer a valuable service for your mother.
Communication with Home Instead is excellent, they make sure we are fully informed about Mum's care and make us aware of any changes in Mum's health. They also listen to the concerns of family which is so important for mum's wellbeing. I would be confident in recommending Home Instead to others.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. It's lovely to hear that your mother has experienced such benefits from our care and we look forward to continuing this for a long time to come.
Home Instead providers have responded to our needs efficiently and treated our mother with consideration. They respect how difficult the transition is to becoming cared for and are mindful of maintaining her dignity and feelings that she still has some kind of autonomy over herself.
Thank you for your review. We work hard to ensure each individual's personal circumstances, anxieties and needs are addressed. it's a privilege to provide your mother with the support she requires to live as independent a life as possible.
We felt that some of the care professionals made a genuine effort to get to know Mum and showed real compassion and empathy.
On one occasion during a medical emergency, the whole team made sure that Mum was supervised until I arrived, as both my sister and I were away.
Overall Home Instead was a care provider which worked well for us, and we would recommend them.
Thank you for your review and kind words. We really appreciate the feedback and were glad that we could offer a reliable service and provide your mother with compassion and empathy. We pride ourselves on the lasting relationships that our staff build with our clients.
One of the things that makes Home Instead stand out is the reliability of the carer visits. The girls who care for my husband are always on time and there is never a sense of rushing him so they can dash off. My husband is treated kindly and efficiently in a calm and friendly manner. Always! It makes for a very relaxed and cheerful start to the day for which my husband and I are both very grateful. The response from the office is always timely and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble. I am very glad to have found them!
We spoke to at least a dozen care companies, but once we had met with Home Instead there was no question of going with anyone else. They stood head and shoulders above other care companies.
We would recommend wholeheartedly.
We are very satisfied with the service we receive. It is professional and client-focused but also friendly and personal. We are made to feel valued and our views are important. The organisation is well-run and efficient.
Thank you for your review. Our mission is to provide a personalised care experience that enhances the lives of the people we support, promoting their independence and dignity. Working together with the families and in partnership with other health professionals is a fundamental part of that. If...
They are thoughtful, friendly and keep me informed of any concerns.
Many thanks for your review, it's nice to hear Dad is more animated when he has received a visit from our fabulous care professionals.
Home Instead proved easy to contact, friendly and efficient in their dealings with me and most importantly respectful of my brother's wishes. Carers have visited him for the last 3 months and he now refers to them as his 'friends that call' not carers. In addition to ensuring his safety the carers remind him of his medicines. take him shopping, to the bank and to several of the local coffee shops. I am kept informed of his situation within hours of the visit through the Home Instead app. The last few weeks have seen major improvements in his overall health and well-being.
I can only thank the Home Instead team for being the primary catalyst in my brother's improving situation.
The entire team at Home Instead have been working hard at ensuring that the care we deliver is focused on outcomes aimed at improving the well-being of the people we support. It is encouraging to hear that this is having an effect. If there is anything further...
