I am very happy with my present experience and feel that I am being given exemplary care. The caregivers go above and beyond. The communication with my children is also very good.

I am grateful to be given the opportunity to make video calls with my children.

Most of the carers I've had have been good and caring but others I would not want them back anywhere near me. I like and want continuity with whom you give me.

Dad is extremely pleased with his two carers. He looks forward to their visits and this has greatly improve his mobility and his mental health. He liked both his carers but he asked me to particularly praise one member of staff, he says she is very kind and caring.

My mother-in-law has dementia and is housebound. She receives first class care and we are extremely happy with the service. The carers always go the extra mile to help. Knowing my mother-in-law is well looked after gives us peace of mind.

When I was transferred home from a care home back home into the care of Home Instead I had mixed feelings but I now have fixed feelings. The truth is I am extremely happy. The carers are kind and happy and they are there to please and would do anything within their power. They are excellent - nothing is too much trouble. They are perfect and do my shopping! (I am housebound).

Complaints I have heard from other people about care in general from many different companies of carers arriving late and the client feeling rush is the total opposite to our experience with Home Instead. My father has formed a good rapport with is caregivers, is able to voice his opinions and his preferences have been taken into account. His needs have been met extremely well and he has felt well supported. When there have been any concerns very minor and infrequent it has been easy for me to contact the office, these concerns have been dealt with. The care has improved the quality of his life.

First-class excellent professional home care service. Friendly caring staff team genuinely interested in providing my father's personal care needs with dignity. Nothing was too much to ask with regular reviews and flexibility to meet his needs in great detail. Superb instant care visits received via care app online by carers providing family reassurance always. Way ahead of competitors in every way. Highly recommended. Looking forward to a long association with Home Instead.

Carers are patient, understanding and helpful. The continuity of staff caring for Dad really helps him cope as his Alzheimer's worsens. They use the app notes too, which helps me see how he has been. He looks forward to chatting to whoever is coming. They are enabling him to remain in his own home, which is important to him.

Management and staff have plenty of knowledge and experience, especially relating to dementia. They have always been caring and reliable and go to a lot of trouble in providing a suitable carer. I can't fault them on anything.

I started with Home Instead Senior Care at the end of September 2018 and have found my carer kind, competent and friendly. Although they are all good I would quite like to have 3 extra visits during holidays, sickness etc but will be happy if this is not possible.

I can't praise the management and the carers enough that were companions to my mum. Right from the first meeting, I knew nothing would be too much trouble and that Home Instead Senior Care (Warminster and West Wiltshire) team were like family that would care above and beyond. My mum was treated with dignity and love. I feel so happy knowing that she was so well treated and she had so much fun. So thank you all Home Instead Senior Care (Warminster and West Wiltshire).
