Just a few days ago we lost our beloved mum every carer went above and beyond in the last few weeks/days of mum life not only to mum but supporting us too.
Thank you is not ever enough
Recently my mums dementia deteriorated and she was very distressed & agitated.
The carers always went above & beyond when caring for my mum.
They treated her like their own Mum. They maintained total respect & dignity.
From the front line carers to the the office & management staff, nothing was ever too much trouble to facilitate my mums care.
Even in the last few days of Mums life they would visit her when off duty. That is what I call commitment, professionalism, empathy and Resilience, all key qualities for an effective caring company.
I have always been more than satisfied with the service provided. The carers are friendly respectful and importantly engage with the person they care for which helps enormously with their mental wellbeing. The office staff are readily on hand with support and advice if required. We have been with trust for more than 3 years and would not hesitate to recommend them..
Trust Care are not just excellent carer's, they go above and beyond, helping mum preparing for special occasions, helping to restock if mum runs out of milk & bread , making suggestions to improve her wellbeing. They are not just carer's, I believe some of them have become friends. Keep up the good work.
My time hear as been good enjoy the carers time with me. Get good care and carers are very friendly and caring to.
My partner has been with Trust for 6 months due to mobility issues which are now improving. In that time we have always found Trust to be reliable, friendly and they have always cared for my partners needs. We have built a close bond with the carers and regard them as friends...
Nothing is too much trouble, they keep you up to date with everything
Could not wish for my mum to be under anyone else's care
7th December carer provided no care on the morning care only a cup of coffee was only there 13 minutes I have cctv proof of a 45 minute call a safe guarding issue as well as know food was left again could proof and he is a type 2 diabetic
I made a complaint as I suspended care
Adult social services where aslo involved when it was sorted not very good in my opinion and because I had complained my partner was not going to get full care over Christmas new year this was OK as I was mostly at home and care could restart on the 4th of January this was refused by trust home care basically cause I had complained and I felt I had know choice but to cancel full care all over one terrible carer
I am sorry you had to complain about one of our carers, investigation was carried out. You cancelled care 7th December, 17th December your Social Worker contacted asking if we could restart care . I explained to the Social Worker I would look and do my best to accommodate, staff rotas had been...
Started using Trust Homecare in October 2025 and am very happy with the service. The carers go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and I have formed a nice bond and friendship with them. Would recommend Trust.
Not too bad but i prefer my old carers because of my personal care i do not like it when they are new; and my times back to normal because sometimes i like to order takes outs and they don't come intime for the cares'.
My mother is 94yrs old and has challenging mobility issues. She is also very particular who she allows to attend to her needs. She has been like this for several years now and her condition worsens annually. She is now on her forth company of carers, the previous three failing badly to meet her needs. Since Trust Home Care Ltd were engaged Mum is so much happier with the quality of care she receives, with regular reviews her care programme has been tuned to her changing needs swiftly and without issue. During Mothers recent UTI infection the cares could not have been more helpful and understanding.
My grandma has Home Care through Trust Home Care and has done so for a little over 12 months. Prior to this she was with another company who we were very unhappy with, we read a review on here where someone had changed care company to Trust Home Care and wished they had done it sooner.
I'm now writing a review to say the exact same thing. My grandma has gone from deeply unhappy and not engaging with her carers, to looking forward to their visits and telling me all about who has been to see her. We have sadly had 2 recent bereavements of very close family, and the carers have been so empathetic in their approach and have really gone out of their way to provide support and care through a difficult time.
The carers are bubbly, friendly, approachable, caring, and are the type of people you would want to be around your loved ones. I cannot recommend Trust Home Care enough and I'm really glad that we decided to move care provider.
Never had any problems, staff are all very upbeat and helpful, we have no issues at all with the service and staff.
From day one they have been friendly not only with me the son of my mam who is the one they care for 4 times a day now, from 3 times, and it's nice to have someone finally to talk to and get along with and I can say I am happy with these careers and I hope I get the same care when I come of age as we all deserve great care at end of day and thank you always.
When my father started to struggle, due to dementia, with daily tasks such as getting out of bed, taking medication, making food, bathing, etc. We were recommended Trust Home Care for help. From day one they have been brilliant and it just means Dad can carry on at home for the foreseeable. They have taken the pressure off Mum who has her own health problems. A great help.
Trust Home Care have been working with Dad for four weeks. We as a family are exceptionally happy with the service they have and are providing. We will continue to use them. 100% positive feedback. Thank you!
I can’t speak highly enough about the whole care team at Trust Home Care. Our family has more than twelve months experience of this first-class business and we’re extremely grateful for the social worker’s recommendation to use them, as without the individual and empathic attention this amazing group provides, we’d be truly lost. Anyone considering employing carers for a loved one in need wouldn’t be anything other than delighted by the service they will receive from Trust. Keep up the good work, you’re all doing a wonderful job!
Did everything they possibly could to help and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would recommend to everyone I know that is in need of care.
Thank you for your help with my friend.
From the first telephone call, initial visit and ongoing care I have been impressed by the whole team and the professional and very caring service they provide. The staff visiting my mum make her feel safe and she is very happy with all aspects of the care provided. The information provided via the app gives me a fantastic update after each visit and gives me peace of mind. I thoroughly recommend Trust Home Care and thank them for everything they do for my mum.
Trust Home Care provide an excellent service. Without exception, the carers treat my aunt with respect and dignity and she is always very happy to see them. Nothing is too much trouble, my aunt is encouraged and assisted to take a short walk outside (weather permitting) by the carers who attend in the mornings and they then stay to make her breakfast. I cannot stress enough the reassurance this service provides to myself and to my siblings. We do have quite a lot of input into my aunt's daily activities but rely on the carers to alert us to any potential problems. We know that, when we are not there, she is in the best possible hands. Without this service, my aunt would not be able to live at home and maintain some significant degree of independence.
