Extremely happy with the care provided. The service I receive go above and beyond their expectations.
Efficient care team with humbling qualities. Should any unexpected problems arise the company and carers deal with it straight away taking any worry and pressure away if families don't live close by.
Have been with this care provider over 12 months and very happy with the service provided. Would recommend to anyone.
I have complete peace of mind knowing my husband has got excellent care. All carers are polite and pleasant and always say hello to myself and my husband. They do their job to a high standard but always with thought and care to him. They always tell him what they are going to do even though his Alzheimers doesn't let him understand. He has lost a tremendous amount of weight but they are gentle with him.
Staff very good and helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone in my position. Nothing is too much trouble.
The office staff are very approachable and always put 100% in.
Would highly recommend.
