All staff are trained to the highest standard, which is maintained every 12 months, to ensure that they are kept up to date with any policy changes. Staff also undertake enhanced courses in specialist areas to allow them to deliver the care needs of their service users.

I have complete peace of mind knowing my husband has got excellent care. All carers are polite and pleasant and always say hello to myself and my husband. They do their job to a high standard but always with thought and care to him. They always tell him what they are going to do even though his Alzheimers
doesn't let him understand. He has lost a tremendous amount of weight but they are gentle with him.

I have been with Trust Home Care Ltd for 12 months. The service they provide is exceptional. They can accommodate short notice visits for my hospital visits if and when needed. The staff go above and beyond with there care.
The office staff are very approachable and always put 100% in.
