I changed carers to home care in October 2022 as I needed extra hours due to an operation I was due to have in November 2022. I have been with them since this date and they are friendly, helpful and lovely people. They helped me and my husband when I was bedbound after my operation and eased my anxiety so much. My husband is partially disabled and was anxious about the new carers but they get on well with him and they make him laugh. We have fun on social calls and when I'm having a rough day they always try and make me smile while doing the job too. They are amazing carers and always go the extra mile for you. The office staff are friendly too. They are always helpful and friendly and will always do their best to help. They are the best carers I've had and I've had to change carers three times, so it means a lot that I can say this.

The carers are good, hardworking and caring people, they are consistently professional and look after the everyday needs of my sister in a friendly compassionate way. If there are any problems, they are easy to contact and things get sorted quickly.

We have been over the moon with the service they have provided to Mum and I'm not in doubt that this excellent service will continue. The staff that attend to Mother's needs have been very professional and my mother, while on respite, has missed them.

I would be the first to complain if I wasn’t happy, so the fact that I have left a totally positive review speaks volumes. Thank you.

I cannot praise Trust Home Care enough for all the support they have provided my Nan. Since they have been caring for her at home, she has a much-improved quality of life and caring staff to monitor her general health and well-being. They have been proactive and creative in how to deal with certain challenges and in developing and establishing a good, caring and trusting relationship with my Nan. Their daily interventions/calls provide myself and my mum, peace of mind and much-needed respite from our day-to-day caring and work responsibilities. The carers are friendly and the communication between ourselves and Trust is great! I know I can contact them at any time and likewise, they keep me informed of any important issues. I have used Trust Home Care for my Grandfather and they are an absolutely fantastic provider, the carers are all very polite and it is clear to see they have all been trained and demonstrate their professionalism and knowledge around health and social care very well. The office staff and management are always very efficient, organised, polite and caring when contacted. I feel valued and understood by both the carers and management of Trust Home Care and they meet the care needs in a professional manner and are fantastic.

We have used Trust Home Care for a number of years for our severely disabled son. Without their care he could not live in the community and would have to be put into a home due to us, his parents, being pensioners. They meet all his needs throughout the day and provide overnight care. They are not infallible as no care company can be, but if, or when, a problem should arise we know the management will deal with it quickly, sympathetically and efficiently. They go that extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly and if we have a cause to ring the office we know our call will be answered promptly even 'out of hours'. They treat our son as a person, not just a number on their books, always friendly, chatting, discussing his day and his love of football. They often do things for our son that is not in his care package but is simply kindness. We would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing care was given to my auntie! Honestly, I couldn't thank Trust Home Care enough! They always assisted with all needs and went above and beyond for her! I'm sad the care has come to an end, due to needing 24/7 care in a home. This company treats service users like family which is what is needed from a carer! Thank you all so much!

Trust Home Care quickly responded to our cry for help when Mum's previous provider pulled out from delivering care in our village. All carers treated Mum with the dignity she deserves, we were very pleased with the service provided.

Excellent care - highly recommended. Trust Home Care have been providing daily care for my Mum for 4 years and we have not had any issues. The staff are kind and caring and treat my mum with dignity. The management are approachable and offer support and flexibility, where needed. We are very happy with the service provided.

Trust Home Care have been visiting now for quite a few years, nothing is too much trouble for the carers who visit, four calls per day and always on time. All staff are friendly and caring, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much to all involved.

We have been with Trust Home Care Ltd. (THC) since 2017. They help provide support for my elderly mother-in-law, alongside the care that we, her family provide. Over the years, her needs have been and are varied depending on recurrent health and mobility issues. THC have positively proved to be accommodating and endearing with the service provided. The carers in attendance are friendly, cheerful and conduct themselves in a professional manner along with individual qualities as well as being understanding and receptive to requests/requirements alongside the THC office team. They will, when and where possible, schedule the visits such that familiar faces attend. A recent illness resulted in hospital admission. Upon discharge, help with additional assisted care was required during recovery at relatively short notice; nothing was considered too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending them.

My Dad is 88 and has been with Trust Homecare for nearly a year. He is visited twice daily for welfare checks and additional support, as needed. I rang various local agencies but knew straight away after speaking with them, that this company was the right one. Dad was visited by a member of staff and visits started thereafter. My Dad rarely had a bad word about any of the staff and always kept me in the loop with any concerns. They use an excellent app that I checked on a daily basis, always knowing that my Dad was safe in his home. A big thank you to all of you.

Trust Home Care was recommended by social services. The social worker was extremely enthusiastic about Trust Home Care. We have since they took over and had a very positive experience. Every member of staff is kind, caring and considerate. All of the staff always have a smile on their face and go the extra mile for my parents.

Wanted to give many thanks to the management and carers for the care given to my mum from start to the day she passed. All the carers were always polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even on occasion if time aloud would spend a few minutes doing mums jigsaw with her. Even when mum went into hospital just before she died a few carers even went to visit her in their own time .. so for me, this is exceptional care and can't recommend them enough ... many thanks.

My nana had Trust Home Care for 2 months. Prior to this, another care agency let us down by 81 calls and nana had pressure areas. Since using Trust Home Care, no pressure areas and excellent care. Can’t thank enough.

Lovely company and carers looked after me amazingly. Highly recommended and very helpful, always sort out issues I have and always very nice and friendly. Staff lovely.
