I have found the care that Seniors Helping Seniors provide for my Mother is excellent, they are proactive and really care about their Clients. My Mother has been looked after by Seniors Helping Seniors for over a year now, in that time we have had a diagnosis of Alzheimers and they have tailored and
altered the care provided with sensitivity and efficiency.

We have been using Seniors Helping Seniors for my mother's care and home help for several years and have been delighted with the service they provide.The carer who helps mum is kind, caring, sensible and supportive. She understands mum's needs and nothing is too much trouble. Mum always looks forward
to the carer's visits and she considers her to be a friend.
It is also very reassuring to the family to know that mum has good companionship and is being so well cared for.
Communication with the office is also easy and friendly.

We are delighted with the companionship service provided by Seniors Helping Seniors (SHS).
Our mum (aged 97) has vascular dementia which has seriously impacted her memory. This affects her ability to create relationships with new people and to engage in conversation with visitors. We recognised the
importance a couple of years ago of ensuring she gets to talk to people outside the family and we were recommended to SHS.
Mum has had the same companion for circa 2 years. She is compassionate and kind, and encourages mum to chat without making her feel anxious about the lack of memory recall. The visits are extremely valuable to mum and it gives the family a much needed break knowing she is in excellent hands for the afternoon.
We find the SHS office team to be very approachable and accommodating with any requests for extra cover, etc.
My brother and I whole-heartedly recommend SHS to anyone who is looking for a trusted and compassionate companion for a relative.
