I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff who cared for my Mum for the past three months. The care they gave her was excellent and they treated her with great respect and dignity, nothing was too much trouble. The bedtime call was always a bit of a laugh as I could hear them laughing with Mum while they were getting her ready for bed. The girls said it made them smile as Mum was their last call and it was nice to go home with a smile on their face and Mum’s. Mum will miss them as well I thank you again for all your help and support. If anyone is looking for home care for a loved one then First Class Care are the one. They are punctual flexible and any issues are dealt with straight away. If you have any worries or queries you can phone them anytime.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We aim to give all of our service users first-class care, in the comfort of their own homes and to give their families support to care for their loved ones. Our care staff were always happy to support her as she was always delightful and loved having their company. We wish you and your family the very best.
Very happy with the care given to my father, especially from one specific carer who responded so well to his changed circumstances after a stay in hospital. Also very pleased with punctuality, and that the carers reported any concerns about Dad's wellbeing which were then acted upon by the care...

I have recently joined First Class Care Services in Luton as Business Development Manager. With over 15 years’ experience in the Health & Social Care sector, my expertise lies in recruitment and marketing, helping companies find the right talent to grow their teams and increase service capacity for clients.
I am always keen to explore new platforms and opportunities for the company, reaching potential clients and supporting them in different aspects of life within the comfort of their own home. My focus is on building strong relationships, expanding reach, and ensuring our services meet the needs of the community.
In my spare time, I play badminton at a professional level to stay fit, and I have a great passion for gardening, particularly growing a variety of vegetables during the summer.

I have been an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in healthcare delivery, service management, clinical leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across home care, nursing home, and hospital environments.

I am the Director’s Assistant and work closely with the CQC. I also handle matters related to new HR laws, including Home Office and COS regulations. Previously, I worked closely with all our clients and service users who needed care, but my focus has now shifted.
I currently work with young adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, and other challenging behaviours. I find this role very rewarding, as it gives me a real sense of being needed. I can relate well to young adults, given my interest in gaming and our shared immersion in social media and technology.
In my free time, I enjoy playing Fortnite and travelling the world. I will say I am not a traveller but a vacationist, so please research the difference between the two.
