Recently I have been very impressed with the support provided by Management at the Redditch and Bromsgrove Branch to accommodate necessary last minute changes and wrap around care to support at a time when my mother's health went into a decline and again. Thank you all for what you do.
We have been using Helping Hands, Redditch and Bromsgrove to help care for my husband for most of 2021, unfortunately, I had to go into hospital in August and have had to have a lot of ongoing support for both of us, we could not have managed without Helping Hands, the staff who visit and care for us are unfailingly professional, courteous, patient and above all kind. The Redditch and Bromsgrove branch have always managed to find somebody to come in overnight, very reassuring in these difficult times.
Best wishes.
A fantastic home care company. The standard of the carers are excellent, they are extremely caring and complete all work to an excellent standard and always with a smile on their faces. My mother and father in law both have complex needs but these are met with ease and we really have full confidence in the carer's abilities, which is a huge relief for all of our family. My mother and father in law consider them as part of the family as do we!
Thank you so much for this wonderful review - we really can't thank you enough for your kind words. It's so lovely to know that you consider us part of the family; you've put a smile on all of our faces!
Best wishes.
The care included both day and night care with a total of five carers.
Initially, the interview took place in our home and I was immediately put at ease and reassured that my parents would be cared for in a caring, respectful and friendly manner.
The team delivered on all counts. Whilst my parents were sceptical they soon grew to look forward to the girls arriving and got to know them as friends.
Each and every one of the team worked with a caring and professional attitude.
Like anything, there was the odd hiccup but these were sorted out by the office to our satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Helping Hands.
My dad is 91 and lives with me, I was unsure about leaving him with someone else to care for him, but in Helping Hands we found that care and reassurance that he would be well looked after whilst we were away on a break. Thank you to all the carers for their hard work. We have now taken up daily care for him, a big thank you to the hourly visiting carer he loves his chats with her, again thank you.
Helping Hands Home Care (Redditch & Bromsgrove) are amazing. They have taken away so much of the worry we have had trying to care for my Mom at a distance. Professional is the key word I would use but they add so much empathy, its above and beyond what you might expect. Me and my family can't thank them enough and my Mom is extremely happy with the care with a capital C, that they provide.
Since my partner came home from hospital after suffering with a stroke, the carers at Helping Hands Home Care (Redditch & Bromsgrove) have cared for him really well and have also offered me great support. My partners condition has improved over the past nineteen months and I believe that it is due to the care that Helping Hands Home Care (Redditch & Bromsgrove) has provided. The regular carers that visit are excellent at their job and are always jolly and enjoying a laugh but also being professional at all times. The time that my partner has been ill has been really stressful for me and without the care and empathy received from the carers, I wouldn’t have coped. Thank you all so much. Looking forward, I want my partner to continue to improve and I believe that hopefully he will with continuing support from the manager and his team.
