My partner (friend) has a long team condition COPD with home oxygen, the care he is getting is excellent service and his care worker takes his time and understands when he is poorly. He goes the extra mile help. The care manager has been fantastic to and the other care workers to. a big thank you.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owner/manager. It was such a comfort knowing my mother had the support in her final 2-years that she had from this lovely team.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owner/manager. It was such a comfort knowing my mother had the support in her final 2-years that she had from this lovely team.
As I didn’t live close (or even in the same county), it was extremely important to me that I had a team of carers who would constantly keep me updated on how my mother was doing, as she had dementia and was physically unable to move around a lot.

Overall Experience
Happy2help Community Care has been looking after our mum for the last 24 months and the level of care she had was admirable. All the staff treated her like she was their own Mum.
Mum had health issues yet the staff mastered ways around that and brought the best out of her. It was lovely to watch...
Happy2help Community Care has been looking after our mum for the last 24 months and the level of care she had was admirable. All the staff treated her like she was their own Mum.
Mum had health issues yet the staff mastered ways around that and brought the best out of her. It was lovely to watch them working with her by singing, reminiscing memories as well as performing all the daily tasks. It has been a pleasure getting to know them and grateful Mum had them looking after her.
