Happy2Help were a Godsend for our family. Our auntie had various health issues, and Happy2Help were very understanding and helpful in all areas of care. This was sadly only for a short period of time, but I can 100% vouch for them and recommend them to anyone. The manager really understands how important
care in your home is and treats everyone as if they are her family.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owner/manager. It was such a comfort knowing my mother had the support in her final 2-years that she had from this lovely team.
As I didn’t live close (or even in the same county), it was extremely important to me that I had a team of carers who would constantly
keep me updated on how my mother was doing, as she had dementia and was physically unable to move around a lot.
Would definitely recommend it.

Happy2help Community Care has been looking after our mum for the last 24 months and the level of care she had was admirable. All the staff treated her like she was their own Mum.
Mum had health issues yet the staff mastered ways around that and brought the best out of her. It was lovely to watch them
working with her by singing, reminiscing memories as well as performing all the daily tasks. It has been a pleasure getting to know them and grateful Mum had them looking after her.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.979 for Happy2Help Community Care is calculated as follows: ( (47 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.979
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Happy2Help Community Care is based on 8 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.8
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
